Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Very clean rooms and a convenient location in Dunedin with friendly and welcoming hosts. We can appreciate the great reviews based on our experiences at Beechwood Boutique. Loved the heating conveniences in the bathroom, the electric blankets and the access to laundry facilities. Guests can opt in for daily room servicing if needed. Just be forewarned that if your driving skills lack finesse, the car park might prove to be a test if all the bays are full.

Our room was huge, and included a spacious, stylish living room. The room has been recently re-furbished to a high spec. The kitchen was impeccibly clean and tidy, and the bathroom was like brand new, spacious, tastefully tiled in unoffensive neutral tiling, and was the cleanest, most spotless bathroom I've ever used. Also, the owners have put effort in to create a very pretty, well kept garden, with roses and buxus hedging. I felt that a lot of love has been put into this place.

Loved everything about this property. So clean and fresh, super convenient and quiet. We had an incredibly comfortable stay. The bed and shower are awesome. The hosts are on site and are just lovely. We arrived on day 8 of our holiday and were absolutely exhausted from touring around. We got food from the next street (a 4 minute walk away), had a hot shower and I slept for 12 hours ready for our final 3 days in Dunedin. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

We travel often and in cleanliness, quality of accomodation and value for money this accomodation cannot be beaten. Our host greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided us with a clear map and lots of suggestions for things to do and places to see during our time in Dunedin.

Everything was top shelf at this self-contained accomodation. If there is 1 suggestion I could make that would make this unit absolutely perfect it would be that the large window at the bedroom end of the apartment have a blockout curtain as the beautiful blinds unfortunately let in a lot of light during the night. (However, this would not stop me from staying again)

It's superbly clean, the appliances (fridge and cooker) are good brands and modern, there's an excellent choice of teas and a friendly host. It's set well back from George St, so guests can sleep easy Good bathroom/shower too.

Very little - the quality of the room and the ease of checking in were great. I would perhaps have liked the offer of trim milk as opposed to full-fat milk from reception, but that's a minor quibble.

The heater was on and it was warm, clean, spacious and cosy. It was very well-equipped and had a heated bath rail. Quiet. I have stayed in their teeny tiny room at the front of the property and I quite like that too. This time, I wanted to treat myself so went for luxury. I was not disappointed.

Maybe the outside steps get icy. Luckily, it was an ice free Dunedin today.

Very friendly lady at check in who gave advice and suggestions to our family for the local area. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped, we were supplied with fresh milk for tea which was a great touch. Beds were very comfy too and we really enjoyed the heating flooring in the bathroom too!

If I were to be very critical, the knives and scissors were in a drawer quite easily accessible to children.

Lovely quiet area of Dunedin. Management was very hlpful.Excellent facilities in the room. Only 7-8 units hence the accommodation didn't have many parking spaces and my vehicle was larger than the cars. Vehicle could just make it in the parking lot, so it was easier just to back out of the parking onto road but since it was not a busy area it was rather easy to do.

Excellent facilities Rm 9 compact but had everything and spotlessly clean and tidy.All amenities worked well & looked brand new.Cutlery kettle tea & coffee etc.Helpfull friendly staff - we wish them well. Not noisy unless living next to idiots,had a good night's sleep.All comfortable & working.A joy to stay there.& nice touches with plants.

I liked it - possibly an issue could arise via plasterboard walls if there are idiots next door but I didn't have any issues slept soundly in a comfortable bed - thank you to my hosts
