Great apartment, loved all the extras that were unexpected in a motel, like underfloor heating in the bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, was allowed to borrow chrome cast, room serviced daily. Everything was spotless clean and comfy. Location was perfect for us being super close to uni and still easily walkable into the main strip and octagon. We will be back! Thanks :)

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Extremely clean, very warm, comfortable beds, 2 tvs, within walking distance of a night & day and a big fridge to hold our Central Otago fruit & cherries from the Saturday farmers market. It was easy to access after arriving late at night. We will definitely be back!

The front of the motel is deceptive as it goes all the way back with a beautiful garden area to sit in. It was clean, extremely quiet and a coffee shop next door. Ten minute walk to city and easy to drive to anywhere in Dunedin. We had our thirteen year old, so extra bed was excellent.

No air-conditioning

Good location, Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and cafe onsite is a bonus.

It was a little tired and it was quite noisy. Alot of people standing around outside our room talking at normal levels but it sounded like they were in the room. As the compound area is situated around the rooms it did create an echo effect. Might pay to look at double glazing the windows. Carpark was a little tight as well.

Simple and well present accommodation. Modern and easy to keep clean. Great location - central to all the places we want to go. Excellent manager - Morag, she is so helpful and gave good advice. We had our place cleaned an tidy in short time.

It was Friday afternoon, it was loud noise from a part next door. But that was all.

A firm, family favourite when we visit Dunedin. Great location - short walk to town, and close to supermarket and food outlets. Rooms exceptionally clean, a good size and very well equipped. Heated bathroom floor much appreciated. Hosts professional, friendly and always happy to help. Laundry facilities available on site if required.

We were in a Superior Studio. Wonderful, clean room with plenty of space, light, and garden view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the University of Otago and walking distance to the CBD.

Location close to Uni. Really clean rooms, loved the change of linen daily. Great cafe right next door with great coffee and breakfast.

The room was really too warm, not much air circulating and no air con.

Location is on a busy one way street, but little noise was heard. Facilities are excellent.

Would be even better if there was an additional smaller light available above the kitchen area, perhaps mounted under the shelf units.

Pete is always easy to deal with and super helpful. Communication is easy as we always arrive late due to work commitments. The property is always clean and tidy, warm and the beds are comfortable.

Have always enjoyed the cafe next door but was bitterly disappointed with the service, value and food on offer. I know this is not something you can influence but for other guests I would be suggesting sending them somewhere else.
