The unit was accessible and therefore comfortable for my partly disabled wife. It was very spacious, with a separate bedroom enabling us to entertain guests in the lounge-kitchen area. Good heating and electric blankets on the beds, so it was warm and comfortable on a particularly cold night.

One small suggestion (and this isn't a major): the main door to the unit has a clear glass pane with a filmy curtain over it. The door is right opposite the bathroom and bedroom so privacy is an issue unless doors are kept closed. Other occupants passing by are able to see right inside. A non see-through curtain would be a sensible alternative. But this is just nit-picking. It's a really great motel, excellent central city location but on a quiet side street.

This apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable beyond our expectations. The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to easily prepare our meals and have our dinner in a large and comfortable table. The bathroom is very spacious as well. The bed is super comfortable. Excellent location, walking distance from the city center. The young lady at the reception greeted us with a smile and a desire to help in everything. We received from her explanations and direction for what we asked for. We highly recoment this lovely motel.

There is a single downside: when we made the reservation, a breakfast was indicated for this room. Unfortunately we were disappointed to realize its absence. This service does not exist despite the indication in the website. It should be fixed.

We stayed there for my daughter's yr 12 formal at the museum. We were able to walk to her hair appointment, walk back, get ready, then walk to venue. We had family and friends coming and going from the room, while getting ready, and the staff were great about this! Great parking too.

For a 2 bedroom apartment an extra couch would have been good (only 1). We made do with the dinning chairs.

The upstairs unit we had was lovely and sunny. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. Had a cook top as well as a microwave. Lovely lounge and dining area, which was bigger than we had expected. The location wasn’t too far from town so was an easy walk. Will be staying here next time we visit Dunedin.

Not a big deal and not that I didn’t like anything, just a comment but I prefer shower heads that detach with the hose for easy rinsing.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. From the start, we were delighted with our choice. The host was exceedingly helpful and carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room was very comfortable and the motel was not far from the centre for restaurants and shops etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable. The shower wasn’t very powerful and didn’t go hot enough but other than that our stay was perfect.

We purposely didn’t put the ‘please service the room’ sign out because there was no need for this to be done every day. However, they still came in gave us fresh towels every day. New towels every day is not necessary.

The motel was very close to the 3-day conference I attended at the university and was recommended by the conference organizers. It was also a short and easy walk to restaurants, the central business district and shops. Our unit was spacious and very comfortable, with a separate bedroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent communication from owner/manger. Due to a double booking we didn’t actually end up staying here but they found us another motel directly across the road which was adequate for our one night stay. Travelling from Christchurch for an event the issue with double booking was solved seamlessly with a phone call the day before. Motel arranged for payment at new place on arrival.

Wheelchair access room booked which had railings provided and an easy access shower. Bathroom is very large. The kitchen well sorted and clean. Location handy to town and great restaurant down the road; Budha Stix

If sleeping in the lounge access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom making it tricky at night for toilet visits. Sliding doors very stiff- tricky to open from both sides. Reported to management and they were pleased to be informed of this issue and said they would address and sort.
