The room contained everything we needed, and more. We parked directly outside which was an absolute bonus given we had a rental car. The rooms were warm and very clean and the showers hot. Situated on George Street was perfect as this is a quieter street than others, especially over the graduation weekend. It was in easy walking distance to the Uni campus and the main shopping centre.

Even though it isn’t particularly fancy there was obvious care and attention to quality and detail. Lovely and clean. Plunger coffee; a walk in shower which was great after my surgery; a chocolate on the pillows. Best of all we could take our dog- it was very clear he was welcome even though he’s big. The location was excellent- on the flat, close to the gardens and the centre of town. Thank you.

Super clean and comfortable. The location was close to a great walking track with native bush and birds which bordered a park and children’s playground. It was quieter than expected for such a busy road location which is also close to a school

There wasn’t parking on the roadside for my friend when she came to visit, possibly because of the location which is close to a school. I asked the motelier and they were able to accommodate parking for a short visit but there is only guest parking usually

The room was very clean and serviced every day including making the bed. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very good. All the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious, and had a couch.

TV was fine and got all the movies and sports channels, but I am used to a larger screen smart TV. Wifi was a little patchy.

Needed a handicap place with good access walk-in shower and handrails. All this was there. The room was clean and warm. Plenty of room to move. Low bed which makes it easier to get in and out of when disabled.

The room was clean and tidy and was very good in terms of facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The botanical gardens are very close and there is a range of good eating places close by.

It was clean comfortable. The staff were polite respectful and obliging. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean and well equipped

Great location for my needs. The lady on reception was very warm and welcoming and the unit was exceptionally clean which was very noticeable There is also a fantastic kebab shop a minute walk away

Everything was perfect, I didn’t expected too much about this place, but the previous reviews were right! I will definitely stay in this place again! And customer service was amazing, unfortunately I couldn’t catch her name, but the lady in charge was so lovely with us! 20/10 rating!

Friendly helpful staff. We were phoned on the day of arrival to check our ETA and advised our unit number and the key was inside incase no one was at reception when we got there.
