I had such a great experience here! The shower pressure is absolutely amazing, one of the best I’ve had in a motel. The beds are extremely comfortable, with plenty of blankets to keep warm and cosy. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the city centre, and there’s a dairy conveniently located right across the road for any lastminute snacks or essentials. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff are so friendly and incredibly accommodating, making sure every part of my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Only recommendation I have is better Heaters or heat pump in lounge to heat rooms.

Everything was very neat and clean, the bathroom and kitchen we’re very clean, and the entire apartment was spotless and well-maintained. Vanessa, the front desk employee, was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was large and well furnished, and the bed was really comfy. Excellent location, close to restaurants and shops, and conveniently close to the city center.

Our grandmother passed away recently and we needed accommodation. Not only did we get awesome service. The staff here had gone out of their way to write us a letter of condolences and, gifted us a block of chocolate. You have no idea how much that meant to me and my wife. Completely blown away by this act of kindness. If I could give this place more than 10 stars I absolutely would. Will definitely be recommending this motel to anyone who'll listen.

Very close to the city, uni and gardens. The unit although dated in decor was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly when we checked in and when we asked for anything extra. Good value for money.

We were in the unit close to the road so it was a bit noisy (something we didn't think of) and unfortunately couldn't be moved. Windows and mirrors could do with a clean to get off the many finger prints. Even though the rest of the unit was clean, it made you wonder how clean.

LOVED the 70s decor: Veneer wood panelled walls, bedroom layout, overhead kitchen storage. Windows on both sides of unit, so through-breeze was lovely. Large 2-bedroom units with separate bathroom, laundry. kitchen and lounge/dining. Flly equipped kitchen. Only 8 units in complex: 4 up, 4 down, so not noisy or congested.

Parking is tight: a large vehicle won't easily get around the building so may need to park on street. Upstairs units face directly onto pensioner units in next lot, so not a lot of privacy in either direction.

An older place that could use some tlc in parts, but it was definitely clean and comfortable. Very spacious for two people and two dogs. Shower pressure was great. Reasonably quiet for being on the main road. No central heating, but two small heaters were provided which kept our room cosy.

Complimentary coffee and tea were provided, but no milk, so be sure to bring your own.

Location was great. The beds were very comfortable. Decor is a little dated but I can see the progress in improvements. The rooms were spotless. Shower had great pressure.

The couches need updating. There’s a step up into the shower cubicle possibly a handle nearby would be helpful.

Great beds. Great shower. Comfortable loungeroom - TV, lounge and dining table. Parking place right outside room. Nice walk to Dunedin CBD. Convenience store (old style milk bar) directly across road. Plenty of nearby take-aways. Very friendly and polite staff.

Was only there one night - nothing to dislike. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location, cheap and did everything it needed to do. Would very happily stay there again if ever visiting Dunedin again.

Walking distance to hospital and main shopping. Best of all, all the fast food shops, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, etc., are just a 2-minute walk away. Beds were very hard great for my back had a good sleep shwer you had to step up, but the water pressure was fast and hot.

we liked everything.

We had 2 families and needed 4 bedrooms..we needed an oven and a good size living area. These units were great..old but looked after and clean ..

The flower garden was lively but needs a good weed 👍 😜
