A downstairs unit with separate sleeping areas, a kitchenette. with a adjoined combined bathroom/Toilet. Suited our needs for this stay, in the local area but as with most persons only there in evening for sleeping, otherwise exploring the general area and eating out in town. Very handy to all many local eateries and on the Bus route a bonus town if required.

The Buses on the main Road can create a bit of Noise early morning if wanting a sleepin, also the area was a construction site at the time of our visit making offsite parking very tight.

The room was next to George Street but road noise was not a problem. Cynthia was very helpful during check in and checking out.

Great support (albeit virtual/text-based) from staff - arranged late check-in and Wifi (I needed an alternative as there was a problem with the initial provision). The venue is 10-minutes walk from the city 'centre' - it's close enough for catching multiple activities offered in Dunedin. Parking, etc, was perfect.

Bit noisy on the road side - but it's a student area - they were having fun during the night (we were there over a weekend). This is not something that the hotel can do much about though.

The lady at reception was really friendly, kind and nice. And the heatpump was amazing. We will stay there again. Thank you.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived as they left all the windows open for fresh air - luckily the amazing heatpump warms up the apartment really fast. It's very close to the road and on Saturday night it was very noisy with the sudents that was walking up and down the road, but luckily we had a tv in our room and we've put it onto a music channel so it cancelled out the nouce of the students.

The housekeeping was of a very high standard. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and warm. Good shower with plenty of hot water. good location in easy walking distance of restaurants.

We arrived on a very cold day in the late afternoon. The unit was like an ice box. Most motels turn the heating on for travelers arriving on a cold evening. It was great to have a table but the chairs were not compatible to sit on and eat a meal at the table.

Excellent motel - Chris, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. She also helped us stay in the same room for a third night. We stayed in a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. There was loads of space, the beds were very comfy, and the bathroom had a hot shower with great water pressure. Room was clean, kitchenette was perfect. 10-15 minute walk into town which was fine for us as we like walking. Parking immediately outside our room. Fantastic motel.

Room was spacious and beds were big and comfortable. Great having a nice soft couch and table and kitchenette with everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious too and shower pressure was fantastic! TV was at a good height and able to move around so we could watch in bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location ideal and close to town. We come to Dunedin a lot so glad to have found a place where we can happily stay that suits all our needs...thank you!

Was a great place to stay and I would happly stay there again it will be the first place I would look into staying at in future trips to Dunedin 😃

My bed moved a bit being on wheels but the wheels could probably have been locked I couldn't figure it out lol but didn't bother me too much it could bother couples though 🤔😅 I'm sure if I had asked they would have fixed it though the lady was very nice 😊

Friendly, helpful host/receptionist upon arrival especially with a late check-in time. Loved how you guys have the free help yourself area in reception. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 5, apartment had two tvs which was convenient for us with having children, Beds were comfy which made for a good night sleep for everyone. We will most definitely be booking our Dunedin stays here again and will recommend to other members of my family!

The staff were gorgeously friendly, which is awesome at the end of a long day of driving. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite, which was clean, warm and large. Hot water was perfect and the pressure, very good. The location was excellent too. Great value for money as well! As my son is studying at Otago, this is DEFINITELY our new place to stay when we come down and visit.
