Happy with the self contained room, cooking utensils, stove top , usual requirements a Motel room has for guest requirements. The off road entrance into the motel, unexpected, bit undesirable to the least. Going in, going out. One needs to be cautious when driving into the motel entrance, of such a narrow entrance . I was abit, hesitant when it showed up in front of me. As we had a hire car, I was worried about scratches, taking paint off the car, or maybe denting the car, the lane way is very narrow. As well as , once inside the motel parking , one has to navigate one's way back out, or depending on how one parks the car, takes some manoeuvres to turn the car around. The motel oarking can be tricky as well, , if it is full. Other than that , we had a lovely stay a the motel, staff were kind, helpful, rooms were clean😀

Just the narrow lane way into the motel, motel parking. Depending on how many cars inside, need to do some manoeuvres. Just thinking of the senior people. Could be a problem .

The undercover parking and ramp is very convenient and definitely makes it accessible for those with physical limitations. The shower was hot and there was great pressure. Bed was comfy and the room was warm.

Rooms could use sound proofing as the noise from others coming and going in the corridor or shuffling around their rooms can be quite disruptive. While the bathroom was well set out, a dim light would help at night as the close proximity to the bed, means the light from the bathroom is blinding at night time. But otherwise a pleasant stay.

This motel is a hidden gem , ok it’s not 5 star but it’s centrally situated on the edge of the city centre and on an excellent bus route. The room was clean and tidy bed must have been super good as my partner complained about snoring hahaha honestly it was excellent. I stayed in room 8 queen and single had a twin hot plate , microwave toaster and kettle, spacious room and quite . The best is the safe undercover parking . I’d recommend this motel to anyone , the own Brian was a super host made you feel so welcome . I’ll be back

Great that the parking was included, friendly checking and correction of wrong room allocated; good provision of kitchen utensils and equipment; bathroom a little below par; beds reasonable but not super comfy

My son had a disturbed night as the walls were thinly insulated and noise from the next room came thro

Brian was excellent. He allowed me to check in early and when there was a problem with the kettle he immediately came to the room with a replacement. Excellent service Brian. Another thing I like was the off road parking that enabled me to park a motorcycle securely out of sight.

Brian - the motel host was always pleasant and approachable and very helpful.

Although there is off-street covered parking, spaces are limited and not sufficient if all guests have a vehicle and are not allocated so they are on a first in basis (possibly should charge a little extra and allocate parks, or give a slightly reduced rate to those who park off site or do not have a vehicle) so if you have a park and go out - you know it will still be available on return.

Comfortable clean room. All I required for my stay. Good distance from road, so sheltered from road noise. Great shower, and kitchette.

Can hear people walking around in rooms adjacent clearly. Not sound proof.

Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry facilities & detergent provided: freedom to do your own washing. Extra items provided in the room like air fresher, hand sanitising liquid & free wifi.

The busy rose painting on the wall. Preferred a plain white wall.

Location was only 10-15 mins walk to city - other stores -_Briscoes, Rebel Spirt,Spitlight,Noel leemings only 5-7mins from motel -1 block Sth cross roAd to East and all are within the block. Countdown 10-12mins walk - Moray Place - quicker access via Great king Street

Missed Sky TV no access to Sky TV for price paid Most other motels of this price range have sky tv their guests

Lovely and clean. Loved that such a small and affordable room had a fridge, jug, microwave, and toaster. I’ve been in more expensive places that couldn’t even offer complimentary tea. Very impressed. Thank you.

For the price we paid, I have no complaints.
