Good sized lounge and tidy little kitchen with microwave and oven. Good sized bathroom. Lovely hospitable and friendly owners. Across the road from a supermarket. Would use again !

There was a bench outside the front of the apartment, but it was next to the car park. There was a small area outside the back door - it might have been nice to have a seat or table here instead of out the front as didn't really sit outside and would have done if the seat had been a little more private.

This Motel is an absolute gem. Perfectly located if you don't want to stay in Dunedin City but need to close to it. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. We were in a part of the Motel that was Super quiet. We will defintely asked for this side again. Wonderful Kitchen facilities as we cooked in and right opposite the Countdown Supermarket. The bonus in Winter? It was super warm and heating was more than adequate for a 2 Brm Unit. Thanks to our hosts.

It's great that they offer an earlier checking if you need...we prefer a late checkout personally and this was absolutely not up for negotiations. One of us works for a large Motel in the Bay of Plenty and felt their stand was too rigid. Having said that...we understand if your Motel is chocker you shouldn't bother asking....on this occasion it wasn't on both nights. This would not deter us in the future. The pluses far outrun this 1 comment.

our room was very clean and modern. netflix was great. heat pump was on when we arrived so room was nice and warm. great water pressure in shower.

we couldnt figure out why the plates etc were crammed into back of cupboard under the sink when there was a empty shelving unit under the microwave - would be better placed in there for accessibility. the room with double/queen bed didnt have much room to get past the dresser and the pillows were too soft for me but my friend loved her pillow in the single beds room (so just personal preference)

Lovely friendly staff and a gorgeous wee cat greeting us in reception. Had a free room upgrade which we so appreciated. Our room was huge and the kitchen had everything we needed for our young toddler. Great location with a supermarket right across the road.

Traffic noise in the rooms along the road might be a challenge if you're a very light sleeper like me, but not too bad, and I'm sure all the other rooms wouldn't be able to hear it.

Very spacious unit with two separate bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and a separate kitchen. Two three seater couches and a table and chairs meant there was space for everyone to sit and relax. Full kitchen, although we didn't need to use it. Great location in Mosgiel with the supermarket across the road. Clean and felt very homely. Cookies and hot chocolate as well as tea, coffee, etc. The heat pump was turned on for our arrival, and the unit was very warm. Would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay overnight, so we found mosgiel regency motel online, we were actually welcomed by a cat sitting at the reception door which i found very cool and then there was a lady inside who greeted me with a nice smile, she was so nice and kind, gave us our key took me to the room, also gave me a parking which was more convenient,the heatpump was already on and there was a heater in the bathroom too, i highly recommended this place, close to motorway and lot of nice food around, will surely stay there in future, thanks

What a fabulous place to stay. The room was clean and very warm when we arrived. A Woolworths supermarket is right across the street so convenient. There is a bus stop right out the front and a lovely restaurant named Nellie's down the road. The owners were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this motel to stay at when you visit Mosgiel.

Very comfortable, quiet, well appointed, friendly cat, great shower, easy on site parking, supermarket across road, great staff, everything we needed. We go to Dunedin regularly for hospital attention - it is much easier to stop overnight in Mosgiel rather than face the hassles of the city and much better accommodation. Absolutely tops. many thanks guys!

Very clean motel. We had a 2 bedroom unit with a huge lounge and kitchen. Friendly staff, supermarket across the road. Close to Dunedin airport for an early morning flight

For the future … 2 adults slept in the room with the 2 single beds. If you are ever upgrading we thought that king single beds would be more appropriate and comfortable for adults.
