It’s a clean and comfortable motel room. We loved the spa bath in the bathroom.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t really work and the whole room plus the bathroom fogged over when the shower was used, making the room very humid. The blind did not cover the entire window near the kitchenette and there was an outside light on all night that was shining in which affected our sleep.

Staff was very helpful - had no trouble booking us in to a downstairs room due to mobility issues and was so pleasant through our stay. I went to return the keys in an after hours box and they were there early!

One of the internal doors was difficult to close properly. I mentioned it to the staff and he thanked me and said he would fix it that day.

We never had breakfast, as we both had early appointments. Everything we wanted were in the vicinity of the area where we stayed. I recommend to anyone. Even if the stay is only for one night, it was well worth it.

The kitchen never had a kitchen sink to wash the dishes, you had to use the handbasin in the toilet. To me this is unhygenic, other people would totally agree with me. The toilet area is for customers to use, wash hands after using the toilet plus the shower.

Loved the location. Only a 10min walk to cafes. There are a few eateries close by too. Supermarkets are also close by.. Check in was great, .

No air con we did have the window open all night but wasnt enough air outside...it was very warm last night but despite no air conditioning , we did enjoy the stay.and the Location.

The Motel is a good place for one or two nights. Everything was clean, we had all the things we needed in the room (plates, water kettle, toaster, etc.) and the Motel was located on a street where a grocery store, a restaurant and a fuel station can be found. Parking was included and the Check-In and Check-Out was quiet easy and fast.

The bed was a little too soft but I guess this just depends on the person ;-)

Shower was fantastic and the mattress very comfortable

The room description of the superior room had a king size bed but it was a double. We decided for 2 nights not to raise but retrospectively, we should have. The next question is answered in light of the above

Location was perfect for what we needed Rooms were lovely, appreciated having the option of requesting a basin to wash our dishes instead of doing them in the bathroom.

Nothing I could think of at this time. Although next time I will book a slightly larger room with dishwashing facilities included.

Nice modern bathroom and shower. Good parking. Clean. Sky sports. Nice coffee bags.

My room window went directly out to the car park with not much privacy so I had the window closed and it was a hot day so an air con unit would have been good

Like all Bella Vista Motels l choose them because your locations are central and easy to get in and out of. Greymouth exceeded all our expectations, we had a very comfortable and warm nights stay.

We didn't like leaving.

Great location, lovely clean rooms and very accommodating staff, they turned the heater on in our adjoining bedroom before we arrived in the evening so our two young children would be cosy and warm, very much appreciated.
