The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely views out to the headland and ocean - 2 minutes walk down the road to the beach. The room has everything you need to prepare a meal. Parking is right outside your room.

The wifi details were on a notice on the kitchen wall (rather than in the guest book with all the other guest information) so we didn’t see it til we were packing up to leave. The isolation adds to the beauty of the venue, just make sure to take food with you unless you’re happy to do the 10 km drive each way in to and back from Greymouth. If you do, I recommend Speight’s Ale House for dinner.

Absolutely stunning location, walking distance to the beach. Room was clean, tidy, spacious and modern. Bed was very comfortable and shower great. Some reviews stated road noise, but we did not notice any. The Dyson Fan in the room was a game changer and perfect for keeping the room cool during the warm evening (better than a heat pump), when we wanted doors closed to avoid mozzies. Host was very helpful and obliging when I left something in the room and collected later. We were super impressed and happy with our choice to stay here. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at this place, it's like your own little bach / unit just short walk to the beach with majical sunset. Had use of the BBQ and everything was great. The queen bed was in the lounge living area and separate disability level bathroom. Plenty of space for a family, with indoor and outdoor space and prosimity to walks and beach. Would happily stay more nights next time. About 10mins drive from Greymouth.

The double was far too soft for my back, but the kids were happy to swap.

Our room had some loss of privacy unit 2, No Net Curtain on lounge window by carpark for unit 3&4 ,both carparks can look in , the owners can also see in from there house or when working on the property. Also a sliding net curtain on sliding lounge door would be a nice choice. But could be pushed back once your up to enjoy the view.

Check in was simple, easy and friendly. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and we were so close we walked down at night to enjoy the stars. It is up the road from the Elizabeth point path - a 2 hour walk with a lovely view at the end. The room was gorgeous, beds were very comfy and no complaints about the bathroom either.

Location right next to a beautiful beach. Stunning views and heard waves lapping as we fell asleep. Friendly host, very comfortable beds , very clean and well equiped. Place to store our bikes. Double glazed.

Near the highway but with the double glazing only the odd truck was heard.

Great if you want to get away from busyness. Close to beach to look for greenstone. View of ocean from room was very relaxing. Cooking facilities were sufficient for us to cook dinner with supplies we bought in Greymouth

The couch was not comfortable for sitting on for a long time (such as when watching a movie). Actually we got 3/4 way through a movie on a streaming service on the TV when it failed. Internet was unstable. Doona was too hot for us and no blanket as a cooler substitute

This was perfect for us. Close to the beach for walking down memory lane. Returning to a childhood area we frequented. Robyn was very accommodating. We were unable to let her know our arrival time as our previous destination had no phone or wifi access, but she had everything ready and waiting for us, with heater on in room on a cold wet night. Facilities were pretty new and everything spotless. Plenty of room to move around in. Comfy beds. Single and large double. Car park straight outside unit. Easy access even in rain. Great place for people who love fossicking beachstones. Quiet location. Laundromat about 5 minutes drive on way back to Greymouth. Seaview was great! Only looked like 4 units so we thought a good place for extended families to stay together for a break. We only stayed overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer.

Nothing we didn't like.

I booked this property for 3 nights for my 87 year old Mum & friend. I had booked a smaller room but Robyn the property manager upgraded them which was such a wonderful surprise. The unit was beautifully appointed & had everything 'the ladies' could need, they could not be happier with their stay & were very very comfortable & warm. Unit had beautiful views & was very clean & great beds etc just fabulous. Thank you Robyn & Keith for being so kind in looking after Mum & friend, it was very much appreciated by us all

Clean and spacious. Owner even let us use his barbecue. Very short walk to beach with crashing surf.

No close grocery stores or restaurants except back in Greymouth. Because of location, wifi reception spotty, data (supplied by Spark) inconsistent, and tv reception (supplied by internet) either frequently buffers or is not available at all.
