Didn’t know what to expect, as older units , was pleasantly surprised as the 1 bedroom unit was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. About 1 minute walk to the beach out the back gate A wee way from the town centre but not really a issue Overall we were super happy with our stay there and would certainly be back :)

As the shower has such good pressure the shower curtain gets drawn into the shower while using. But in saying that it wouldn’t be something that stop us from coming back :)

The staff are great, our room was spacious and clean. There were laundry facilities available if required. Our room had a kitchenette and the bed was comfy. They even have a spa available which we didn't use only because we were trying to see everything we could in such a short time. The Holiday Park is also close to the township and Hokitika is about a half hour away. It's a great place to stay at.

Friendly staff, very obliging and went out of their way to help. Rooms were well set up , we were warm and comfortable.

Room was quite musty smelling and the double bed bedroom had mold in the left hand corner so not the greatest. It was pouring with rain however and it is an older facility but nicely decorated with new carpet etc.

We liked the secure backyard for children to play.0

What I'm hoping for is a review of costs, booked originally for 3 adults 3 children. In October I advised there would only be 2 adults but the charge remained the same so did not reflect the 1 less adult. As yet I have not had a reply or decision about price review and refund. I appreciated receiving in the post a pair of earrings that were left behind. I look forward to a reply/ decision re price review. Thankyou Maxine Makoare

Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The unit/place we stayed in was large and very accommodating. From the kitchen we could look outside to the garden. It had a homely feel. We had everything we needed there. Beds were very comfortable

It was sad the weather was not the greatest on our stay

Location was right by the beach. Also quiet even though it was beside the main road through Greymouth. Holiday Park was smaller than most others. Helped with keeping the noise down.

Property could do with an update at some stage. Price reflected this so wasn’t really a problem. Nice and clean.

Straight forward cabin accommodation and given we'd not brought sleeping bags, getting extra blankets was no worry. South Beach being a 90 second walk away was terrific. The toilets and showers were also more than adequate for the price.

I learned not to drive my 4WD onto South Beach - I bogged it in the shingle up to the sills. Fortunately some friendly locals helped this ignorant townie out!

The cleanliness of the property so good. We loved the kitchen, the living room & the bedroom. The property also have extra portable heater for the whole room and that is much appreciated since the wet and cold weather. Check in very smooth and the lady at the receptionist also very friendly.

Liked our spacious, clean & well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment so much we extended our stay by an additional night. Perfect place to explore the West Coast from Westport & Cape Foulwind down past Hokitika, Whataroa, Okarito & the Glaciers. Short walk out to the wild & wonderful Tasman Sea beach where we started & ended each day…truly heaven on earth!

Lovely beach right there. Kitchen very clean and well appointed for a NZ motorcamp. Bedding just fine. Beds good. Hey it's a motorcamp not the Hilton

Hostest seemed a little tired but I guess we all get like that. Made sure I knew where everything was though and the room showers toilets and kitchen were clean and top knotch
