The place is really nice with lots of tropical plants and well maintained garden, very close proximity to the town centre. The owners are super friendly and very accomodating. The bed is also comfortable and room has everything you need. There is a free laundry soap in their laundry area. You don’t need to bring anything except food as there is no food being served in this accommodation. The pool is well Maintained and clean but not heated. The overall stay was good.

There was a broken plastic roof at the front terrace in our room. It was pouring down rain so there was a waterfall coming from the roof going down the floor.

This is a great property. Just outside of the main part of town (which is a really good thing!) it is easy to walk into the CBD and enjoy it’s fine restaurants and shops. Stay KeriKeri is the star here … good comfortable quiet apartment type rooms, fabulous front porches where one can sit and sip and enjoy the environs, and very friendly hosts and staff. A shout out to owner and guardian Bill, who is funny, kind, and generous with his time and resources (he provided us transportation twice!). If we make it back to KeriKeri, we would not want to stay anywhere else!

The facility was very comfortable with an exceptional standard of presentation.. The owner greeted us with genuine friendliness. We enjoyed the personal touches that the owners created.. A glass bottle for the milk instead of a cardboard box. We have stayed , at a few places throughout Aotearoa, and all agreed that this place was the best one yet. We highly recommend Stay Kerikeri as the place to be.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Convenient location, only 5mins of walk to the town. Good facilities including self-sufficient kitchenette and free car parking. The property was overall clean and tidy with comfortable beds, beautiful living room furnitures and a deck at the front.

The owners could have bit more attention to details regarding cleanliness. The switch boards and furnitures were bit dusty. But that’s not a biggie. Also, we let the owner know about the noise in the morning by cleaners and gardeners. We were expecting a bit more peaceful morning.

The location was centrally situated in town, easy walking distance to shops, cafes etc. the apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was comfortable staying in this apartment. The bed was firm and comfortable as were the pillows. It had AC but we didn’t use, but did use the fan in the bedroom. It had lovely outdoor areas off of our room which made it nice to sit outside. The apartment had SKY TV which made for easy TV viewing. a bonus was a complimentary guest laundry to access which was handy after a week travelling. The host Bill was very friendly, warm and hospitable. He shared a wealth of sightseeing knowledge with us, adding to our enjoyment of this region.

I didn't like how the staff went Into the room without me knowing?? I didn't know if it was a policy you guys do but I prefer if someone tells me they are going into my room with my personal belongings to clean up or whatever they need to do. Just a little heads up next time would be great.

We had a fabulous holiday at Stay Kerikeri. It is set in a tropical garden, just like you are in the Pacific Islands. The units are pristine, very tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and good shower. They also have laundry facilities. The property is a short walk from a modern and well-stocked New World supermarket and also right next door to Super Bowl, a really nice place for a healthy lunch with an Asian-style. Paula and Bill were friendly and helpful, as were their cleaning team who came in every day. You can easily explore the town area on foot and even walk down to the Old Stone Store basin with its fabulous Honey Café or Plough and Feather Restaurant.

I stayed in a petite apartment. It was immaculately clean with a spacious bathroom. The grounds were well cared for and pretty. Every unit had a small deck area for lounging. There was a tepid pool if you wanted to swim. You can also take your small dog, which is a great bonus. The location is a short walk from shops and is quiet.

Just the noise from the fridge, which was loud occasionally.

We were warmly welcomed by Bill upon arrival and speedily shown to our suite. Rooms were super spacious and beds comfortable. Aircon worked perfectly, shower head water pressure exceptional and ample amount of towels, face cloths etc for all guests. Can barely tell that accomodation is just off the main road as there is no heard road noise at night. Definitely a home away from home. Money well spent.

Lock on bathroom door did not work, apart from that have no other complaints. Only wish we stayed more than a night, as we did not have a chance to use the accomodations facilities i.e pool

The set up was perfect for our group. It had a small back garden with sun loungers and a front deck for morning coffee. The owner, Bill, was so accomodating and provided milk for our room along with making sure we had an apartment that was suitable for our group (2 x couples and 1 single) last minute. The pool was amazing, the housekeeping ladies were good fun too! Can't fault it.
