Location and good value. Easy access to the town's facilities. Walking distance to shops and amenities. As went to Kerikeri specifically for ANZAC Day, it was a short walk to the memorial and also close to the local RSA . They meet at the Homestead Sports Bar, where we had great meals and were warmly welcomed as visitors and members of our RSL sub_Branch.

Our room ,15, was at the end of the establishment and close to the neighbouring bar and bistro. Hence our view from side windows were many garbage bins.

This Motel is located right in town, so very handy to supermarkets and shops etc. Our room was quiet and immaculately clean. While not ultra modern you couldn't ask for more - good bathroom, good shower, little kitchen area and two rooms with queen beds. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets. We had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this Motel for comfort, cleanliness and a great location.

Little glitch double checked booking and we were good to go - but need to put on site - motel staff leave about 5 - 6pm thats important - nice lady got us sorted my hubby was flying out to USA so needed good sleep - so handy not far to airport and all the shops easy walk - its in the meddle of Keri New world and Macdonalds - couldnt get any better than that - my adult kids enjoyed the swim at their pool. Lovely cflean pool - looks like they are tidying the grounds - be beauty when finished.

Didn’t have breakfast but location was excellent which was close to town.

We loved everything about this place it was absolutely perfect. We love tropical feel about the property. The gardens arwbspectacular and the location was close to town.

We stayed in room 15 wich was right behind a restraunt so imagine all.the noise till bout 11-11;30ish at night id suggest asking for.another room further away if you like quiet! Place could do with some weeding round it specially the pool area

We needed a nice and tidy place to stay for one night and this placed turned out perfect. Walking distance to local amenities was great.

We missed the pool working as it was being renovated, however we look forward to staying again anyway.

Excellent location in town of Kerikeri. Lovely staff, plenty of parking. Exceptionally clean..the kitchen bench is polished like a mirror! Bedding is excellent quality.

More towels, but being late we did not ask..I am certain more would have been provided if we asked for them.

Location was central to convenient stores and food places. The room was clean and had all the basics needs, perfect for an overnight stay!

One of the double beds was too soft, and being able to see through the ceiling in the bathroom was not ideal or expected.

Excellent location, right in town. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

Possibly the cooking facilities could have been better - an oven as well as the microwave. There were hot plates in the cupboard.

Location was great. New World next door. We had the two bedroom apartment and it was nice and had its own outdoor area which we enjoyed. The owners were great! very accommodating and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, it’s deeper than it looks. Daily room service meant I’d come home and all the beds were made and the place was cleaned.

I wish there was a heat pump/ dehumidifier as the room became very damp and there was black mould on sealing of one of the rooms.
