We stayed in a studio which was spacious with a lounge seating area and a small table for dining, in addition to a well-stocked kitchenette with supplies for cooking. The breakfast supplied was more than just a continental one with eggs, muesli, milk, nice bread, spreads, juice, and filter coffee - all local produce. The beds were particularly comfortable. The location itself was an easy 5-minute drive from Martinborough Square and was very quiet. Highly recommend for a stay any time of the year.

We were originally allocated an unwanted disabled room.Ut took two goes to find us an alternative which was ready for occupancy but we were pleased not to be charged for the upgrade. Breakfast supplies were quite basic in quality and range but plentiful. The exterior furniture could do with a refresh. We were surprised on arrival there was no effort made to encourage us to book a spa treatment during our stay.

The cottage was lovely. Was having a good range of utensils and kitchen equipment to be able to cook and enjoy. Loved the fireplace! Definitely a bonus. The beds were really comfy too.

The “continental breakfast” wasn’t quite continental. Only a couple of small bottles of milk, a bottle of apple juice, some eggs, some spreads (butter, jams, honey and marmite), some infusions (coffee, teas, chocolate powder), store bought muesli and corn flaxes and some slices of bread. For the price per night, we were definitely expecting something else. Also, the fact that we had to call reception to ask for top up, was a bit annoying. The tv only had free channels, which again is quite upsetting for the price. Having kids, I wouldn’t really recommend to stay at this place for more than one night as it doesn’t have any facilities (games, playgrounds, pools for kids) for them, and also it was quiet hard to find something to watch on the tv for them. Maybe it would suit teenagers better.

The room was very well appointed and with all that we required for a 3 Day stay. The breakfast was ok, however not extensive. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows. The shower was amazing and just what was needed after a big day of travelling. The location was perfect, away from town but close enough to visit the well stocked super market and shops for all your supplies. My advice is to stock up up on wine and snacks prior to arrival so you can kick back once you arrive and put you feet up and enjoy the the amazing afternoon and night sky. The aircon is fabulous and kept us very comfy during our stay. Plenty of power points available, a real bonus as were the room lights, no more having bring along your 100Watt bulb, the lighting in the room was great!! If you want a massage, its best to book early as its very popular. The Manager was very friendly and accommodating t0 our needs during our stay, always with a smile.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast of eggs, toast, cereals and jams was easy. The pool and gym were clean and the location overlooking the hills made for a peaceful stay.

We struggled a little with getting information for our late check in. It was resolved before we arrived but communication could have been better. Our spa experience was also slightly less professional than expected, with the staff being quite casual in their appearance and interaction with one another.

Very bad communication with reception. Sent email explaining had no mobile coverage or WiFi in-between accommodation. Asked for check in instructions day before or before 9am that day. So it was sent in the afternoon which caused a lot of stress wondering how we would get into our room. There was no washing machine even though it was listed in room information. Had planned to do the laundry here. Very annoying!!

The property was stunning, warm and cosy and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful - highly recommend the cheese platter for arrival and a bottle of red - was so perfect lighting the fire with my little family and sitting down to some cheese and wine.

We specifically booked the room to have a washing machine but the one we were allocated was the only villa without one however Sue was super accommodating and I was able to use the shared machines which was no worries at all!

Loved our stay, had a couples massage which was fantastic and had a wonderful night at the accommodation.

The lack of cleanliness. Bugs in corners, dust all over the blinds and counters. I just think they need to spend a few more minutes checking out the little details and run a duster over things. I still really enjoyed our time there.

Hair in the plugs hole which needed cleaning. Grouting needed redoing in the bathroom and the plastic bathmat was covered in black mold. Bathroom fan sounded like a rocket engine. Air con waa not sufficient, at 18 degrees it wasn't cool enough, could hardly feel it. So we sweltered in the room.

Lovely setting, and bed was very comfortable. Lovely touch to have breakfast included daily. We really enjoyed the local ingredients.

The bathroom wasn't overly clean, there was long hair in the bath tub and hand basin. Beside the hand basin, there was what looked like gib dust from some work completed. It was still on the floor the day we left in between the basin and wall.
