Our Two-bedroom, two-bathroom Owners Villa is set in a secluded location in the grounds of Delamore Lodge away from the main building and offers complete privacy for those that desire luxurious and discrete seclusion. Step through the olive grove and enjoy majestic views of the Hauraki Gulf from the property. Private decks at the front and the rear, allow guests to relax in among the mature Mediterranean influenced gardens surrounded by birdsong. The décor within is contemporary and stylish with relaxed and luxurious natural tones and furnishings used. Both master bedrooms have sensational views to the sparkling waters of the Gulf. The plush super-king beds can be split into two singles and the rooms both feature a spacious ensuite with rainforest shower and walk-in wardrobes. A full kitchen with high quality appliances allow guest to completely self-cater or our Executive Chef can provide exquisite dining within the privacy of the Villa for an additional charge. Spacious and relaxed open plan living makes the Villa perfect for complete escape for families or two couples over several days.

The Whareto Apartment, with a private entrance, is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and has everything you could desire, and more. Its position, high above the other suites, allows for commanding views of the Hauraki Gulf from the lounge and both bedrooms — outer islands, yachts and cruise liners. Inside, the apartment’s soft natural tones, with hand-plastered walls, create an ambiance totally at one with the natural Waiheke landscape. The master bedroom leads onto a large balcony with a dining table, seating, and loungers. The luxurious bathroom, looking out to the Gulf offers a rain shower and bath. Both bedrooms have wardrobes — walk-in for the master bedroom, built-in for the second — and are furnished with luxurious super-king beds which can be split into singles on request. The spacious lounge and dining area is always stocked with freshly-baked cookies and is equipped with kitchen facilities — fridge, microwave, wine fridge, mini-bar, and dishwasher — though you probably won’t need them after you’ve sampled our chef’s mouth-watering cuisine (Sleeps 4).
