Very easy and convenient check in and check out process. The villas have beautiful high ceilings and are very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach and palms. It feels like you’re in another city/country, away from the city, away from the rural roads and just perfect for a solo, couple or family staycay. Would recommend booking 2 nights as it’s definitely worth the serenity.

Cleanliness in our villa was good not great.. considering how much we spent for one night. There were some minor stains on the walls in the bathroom that were concerning especially in the toilet and the shower doors/windows were murky. Breakfast was nice but would be great to have more variety of foods for cost paid per night.

No information in the rooms for guests re restaurant, or other hotel services etc. when questioning reception they advised that this information was on line, but even that information was not available in the rooms. Lots of mosquitos and bugs in the room, and no spray to deal with them.

We had a very lovely stay at one of the villas. The view was amazing. It was comfortable and cozy. Huuuuge bathroom. Staff were great. Breakfast buffet was continental - it was okay.

Wished they added some pancakes on the bfast buffet menu atleast so it can be more kid-friendly. We hoped there would have been some slippers in the room too. I understand why this may not be possible but it would have been nice if they build a small track around where visitors not playing golf can rent a buggy and go around the whole land. I understand there is a risk of the balls landing to where the visitors are which is a big hazard. But i’m sure there will be ways to avoid this from happening. I just think there is so much potential on this beautiful place where visitors like us can have some recreation activities and explore. This is my two cents.

It’s an excellent place. I love it. Me and my family. It was a huge room clean perfect for Family with kids the landmark Seaview . the team was so friendly in the night time was a smooth check in was perfect. The guy was so good. I don’t know what his name in nighttime shift but he wasn the best and then daytime they. so friendly and good, specially jass he will go above and beyond to make our stay easy especially with flight delaying every two hours the same day checking out and he told me not to worry he will accommodate us if the flight been cancelled, he makes it so easy relaxing beautiful memorable and easy for us thank you very much the whole team they all were good appreciate it. if I do that trip again, it will be at Rydges Formosa resort😊❤️

I liked the whole idea of staying in a spacious villa than in a tiny small space of a hotel.

Well the villa we stayed at which was number 28 is mostly fine except that the heating doesn't work too properly, and again it was probably because when we stayed there it was wet and windy weekend, also I have ti add that there is no microwave lack there of any facilities to actually heat up your food. There are also pain chips in the cabin where I this it wasn't renovated properly, or must be the moist coming from the window that makes the paint of the window sills come off and there were 2 rather ifst size holes that needed to be gibbed.

Spacious rooms, comfy big bed and great views of the golf course/ocean. Was a unique experience staying on a golf course surrounded by palm trees, felt like we were on a tropical island! Hubby enjoyed the golf. The resort is close to the ferry if you need to go to the city and want to avoid traffic. We did our own breaky but dined at the resort restaurant for dinner and it was really delicious! All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here to others, and would stay again.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was the only downside for us, but we expected it after reading other reviews and I believe it’s just wear and tear rather than not actually being cleaned. The resort is dated in some areas but still beautiful and great value for money.

Beautiful setting with ocean views. Plenty of space, with private duplex villas situated on the upper perimeter of the golf course. An easy walking distance to the main reception, restaurant and conference rooms facility. The villas are extremely spacious with enormous bathroom & wardrobe area. Very comfy queen beds within a spacious lounge, with large panoramic windows. Our only gripe about our villa was the fridge, which was barely cool and limited viewing channels on the TV. We had breakfast on site, which was pretty regular "hotel"fare... nothing stunning but adequate. We dined out at local venues for our evening meals. A very short drive down to Pine Harbour Marina to catch the ferry to the city, take a leisurely stroll around or have a coffee or dine out. All in all, a splendid stay and we would definitely return again if ever needing accommodation in Beachlands.

Lovely location, good spot to catch the sunset and sunrise which were absolutely beautiful!

Few cobwebs in the villa but other than that, really good. Had to wait at front desk for almost 20 mins for someone to show up and help me with a keycard. The person manning the front desk wasn’t there as they had to help out another villa and there was a suitable sign at the desk saying this. However the wait was quite long and it’s surprising that nobody else on site was able to fill in for them.

Rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is huge. Views of the bay and the golf course are lovely. We enjoyed the restaurant which has spectacular views over the golf course and the sea. It was a short drive to the ferry from where you can go direct to the city in 40 minutes. While waiting for the ferry there are several options for food or coffee. There is a ferry every 40 minutes.

I loved very thing in this room, the size was huge for myself, mum and children. Beds was awesome also. I can fit another 4 people in one room. TV - was good for my children, good size and awesome WIFI to connect. Toilet & Shower - Excellent. Children end up and the tub which is a good idea. Showers - Excellent too. I had 2. so good. and Toilet - good spare room for it too, have it own private door. little kitchen, i was looking for the fork and knife, lol i didnt see there so prepare for that. Breakfast - Loved it. Every morning. Made me full until Lunch. I give this a big 5 star. awesome service guys!
