It was warm, the shower was great, bed was comfy, though I did ask for another pillow., there were only 2 on the bed.

It felt a little tired, there was nowhere to cook a meal, even an electric frypan would have been great, the price was higher than I would normally pay so I expected it to be nicer.

Managed to book in after arriving slightly early. Staff very accommodating. Extremely clean little unit with parking right outside. Basic amenities supplied. Location was great, 10 mins stroll into town. Pool looked inviting although didn't get time to indulge. Shower pressure was very powerful and bathroom spacious. Heat pump in the room was very welcome during the summer heat. Wi fi very quick to connect with no password required.

Could have done with 2 pillows per person, 1 not quite enough. No hairdryer but that really wasn't an issue.

TV reception not good..probably because of weather..picture was breaking up. No rubbishbin liner in bin. Would be helpful to have a bar of soap.

The room was clean, soap was missing in the bathroom but was refilled after request. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Night time starts at 9 pm and the place was quiet which we appreciated.

This place is my pick for walkworth... As a single traveler he offered me return rooms for 140 per night... Was working in Te Arai and tried this little gem out and was pleasantly surprised... Full amenities, kitchen, ensuite, etc... Place has a pool and parking outside your unit... This is my new go to when traveling that side of the north island....

Within walking distance to town center, nice park nearby, perfect stopover locale between Auckland and Goat Island, able to park right in front of room.

Delay in checking in due to lag in hotel's computer system. Could have had info on wider selection of local restaurants.

Very convenient to town. Clean and tidy. All necessary items are there. Beds comfy. Nice cool breeze. Nice pool that my daughter enjoyed

There's no air-conditioning and a pedalstal fan so you need your windows open in summer. Also we needed a lot of charging points and there was limited power points. Be good to take a 5 pin board. These are just helpful tips.

Really lovely room, didn't realize they had plates and cups. That was a really nice surprise. Really lovely people. Looking forward to staying again.
