Location was good, just 3min to the beach and shops. Tahi Lodge was an excellent choice, neat and tidy and equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay. Lauren is an excellent host, friendly and always available for requests. Liked the breakfast cereals with a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, jams and bread. The icing on the cake was the amazing ocean views from Tahi Lodge.

Tahi Lodge was great for a relaxing and comfy stay. Did not like the local beaches.

Our host was very very obliging. The rental was fully stocked for breakfast. We used the BBQ and could sit outside to enjoy dinner. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment, cutlery, glasses and dishware.

We were in a lower level apartment and the greenery limited our view somewhat....it was still great to see the ocean and islands. An upper level might have a better view. There was picnic table seating outside but inside you sat on high chairs at the counter

Very clean and tidy. Thoughtful host/owner that was welcoming and made us feel at home. It was quiet despite there being other guests and the owner’s home above. A very generous fruit bowl as well as good selection for breakfast. It was great having a full kitchen to work with too. It was a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful views and stunning location. We loved it! House is really nice and big.

There was no USB plug and we didn’t bring an adapter just the cable. Also felt it was very expensive which is fine, if you can spilt the costs with a group. But they only allow max of 6 people in a massive house.

Everything was excellent, very clean, great attention to details, lovely breakfast & dish of fruits. Owner was very kind, helpful and informative. Little front patio to sit out with sea view. Large rooms and every comfort, with good shower / bathroom.

The place is very clean and has everything you need. The fruit, banana cake and breakfast all of good quality and yummy. Highly recommend and will definitely return with different groups 👍

The location was good and the view from our accommodation beautiful. We were well cared for, all that we should need was made available. Very comfortable bed as well. Loved it all.

Loved it all. There was a fairly steep driveway but no problems, parking space was available.

The 2 bed apartment was well appointed - full kitchen facilities. Lauren’s communication was brilliant as we were unsure if the property was accessible and functional directly after the recent cyclone. The fruit platter and other breakfast ingredients were abundant and very suitable to our liking. Plenty of options for dining/takeaway and Lauren gives recommendations. Unfortunately ours was only a one night stay and this location was very suitable for access to Auckland Airport for departure the next day.

Beautiful location/apartment, great Ocean view, very friendly host in Lauren - she is AMAZING! Our young children had a wonderful time and really took to Lauren, leaving some thank you notes and pictures ❤️

We (parents) found the bed a little uncomfortable, no complaints from the littles.

The hostess came to greet you, showed us around the apartment, made some banana cake, a bowl of fresh fruit all the necessary stuff for a good breakfast, lovely position.
