The price booking .com charged 68 dollar more than the motel price And that is the motel's normal price not a special Will not use booking.com again as when you log in to site and ask the question its AI that answers so it still s___t ripped off No human contact so no resolution 😕 after 10 day of trying to get some sort or answer from them

The rooms are big and offer all you need for an overnight stay. The bed is big and everything is very clean. Yet there is a bit of a old smell from the carpet. The parking is right in front of your room, which is very handy. The self check in is supposed to work smoothly, but as we booked last moment we didn't get the code in time and had to wait for about half an hour in front to get a new code. They were nice and let us check out 30min later.

Very well equipped. Had everything we needed to cook a small meal. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was welcome. Seating outside was nice. Comfy sofa.

Soundproofing between rooms could do with improving, we could hear our neighbours talking and their TV. There was a little bit of road noise but our room was closest to the road, so other rooms may not hear it as much.

Great location, convenient and within walking distance of township. Loved the online ability to check in and getting the email regarding our booking and details for our room, which allowed us to access our room outside of business hours and without the need to visit the office.

Busy location at the time with contractors arriving late and leaving early.

Booking in to the Motel in the first place could have been easier, had an issue with two pin numbers, one from Booking.com and then another from Sun Valley. Good thing an employee was on site to make a phone call and correct the situation.

Main room and bathroom both good sizes. Pull cord main light switch was unusual (and sometimes difficult to find) but otherwise great accommodation. Lovely garden to wander around in. Lots of choices for meals in town (but some require cash!). Can highly recommend the Wellsford Inn. Interesting towns: Wellsford, Port Albert and Kawaka.

Clean, well equipped, tidy, quiet with a neat little outdoor garden area as well. What's not to like? We just stopped overnight on the way to Auckland, and found this an absolute gem of a place, tucked away off the main road. For the price, best value in NZ by heaps.

Very easy check in, very convenient to town, very clean, well equipped and quiet. We were just expecting a quick overnight in a normal motel unit. This we above our expectations for an inexpensive stay. Would stay there again if passing through. Well done!

No Breakfast available but not a problem as we self cater.

Leaving the property without paying so will have to contact owners to arrange a method to settle our debt. Not happy with the information provided by you.

I had a little trouble accessing one of two rooms as I was unaware that the codes were the same and hadn’t received notification of the second room number. This was quickly and pleasantly remedied by phone.
