Such a lovely little motel in the heart of Snells Beach with great rooms and a comfortable bed! Everything you need available for your stay was in the spacious unit, the spa bath was just what was needed after a dip in the pool which is maintained with salt water rather than chlorine, a welcome surprise! Everything was super clean and just a great experience! Jo was super friendly and helpful and just lovely ☺️ We will definitely be back and staying more than one night next time! Also excellent having a wonderful restaurant, Little & Local directly over the road and the 4 Square for breakfast supplies!

How they keep their place clean and how the room is organized and designed. Everything was great and made it easy to stay and enjoy being with my 9 month old baby. Plenty of space but cozy room to be able to pay attention to my baby while I do other stuff. Close to the lovely beach and shops.both walking distance but you can go by a cat to make it easy and has a parking lot. I wish we could stay longer to enjoy the room and area. I would definitely come back here if I visited this area.

Nice homely vibe, the operator was respectful and accomodating. The rooms were nice and tidy, very quiet ambience amongst other stayers and a safe location to bring kids. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (room 4 - 3rd Jan to 5th). My partner and I + our 3 year old son. Quite spacious. It’s a shame we missed out on the pool (too busy). Recommend to try out the restaurant across the road “little and local” try the brisket burger phwooahh too good.

Very comfortable well maintained motel, liked the beach vibe decor, was spacious & clean. The double bed was a little smaller than we were used to so pleased there was a sofa bed option one of us was able to use. Loved all the prints throughout the rooms.

Not a biggie but would have been useful to have some microwave suitable bowls as part of the crockery. maybe a lower wattage on the bedroom lamps would make a more relaxed ambience

The two bedroom apartment we booked was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The lady at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming. Great customer service! Location was excellent walking distance to Snells Beach and directly across the shopping centre.

Minor issue- Water pressure of the toilet when flushing. Had to do it multiple times every time someone used the bathroom. Otherwise everything was superb!

Due to my fragile spine issues & blood disorder, we requested room 4. This request was given us and consequently made our stay stressless. The location was perfect for us to catch up with friends who live in the area. All rooms were clean and the living area was spacious enough for our needs.

I can't say that there was anything that we didn't like. Since I snore, my husband was able to sleep in the single bed, which is out in the main living area. Hence, we both enjoyed good sleeps, which made for very happy campers.

Great location, excellent staff and the pool was perfect. Very easy check in and out. A tree outside the room was full of Tui- it was beautiful. Room had everything we needed and as much WIFI as we asked for.

The unit itself is very tired but everything was incredibly clean, I think the price of the stay reflected the tired unit fairly. Plenty of parking available but keep that in mind when you park that you aren't in the way of the driveway! There were ants in the kitchen which should be addressed before summer. But all minor notes :)

When travelling to visit family in Snells Beach we always stay here. Great location close to beach and shops just across the road, other amenities very close and not far from Warkworth if you need many other stores. Staff have always been awesome clean tidy and comfy beds in rooms that are always a welcome to a traveler.

The space was great, clean and tidy, kitchen nicely stocked and the spa bath was great for relaxing after a long day exploring the area. Saturday Markets across the road and cafes made for many quick dining and exploration options. I was also pleasantly surprised to see alot of wineries nearby along with some great beaches couldn’t really ask for more.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable...but best of all,our unit had a bath!! There was also a swimming pool. There was a nice restaurant over the road

There was no laundry on site, but the owner did direct us to the local laundromat..which was excellent although rather expensive.
