Loved the idea of having a door where you can enter a code, good security by using this method, room is perfect for a couple, quiet where we were located, thank you James 😁👍🏻

Well there's a mix of people from all walks of life with circumstances, and some being beyond there control, we can only see the positive side when you stay here, met some friendly people 😊 good host👍🏻 very efficient.

We just wanted a room/bathroom for a night to celebrate my 61st birthday, and we didn't want to pay too much, we wanted to spend money locally, $210 Cheek and Chong that was with a $90 bottle of wine, the food 10+, and spent the afternoon at The Harp and something, friendly locals. Pillows is not flash, but it is uber clean and comfortable, yes there are homeless staying there (like most motels) but its a safe, clean and friendly place to stay if you don't want to pay too much.

comfortable beds, clean bathroom and shower friendly staff overall a very nice experience a lounge and kitchen were also made available and they looked very nice too

the garden in the property was full of cigarette butts

I liked cleaning

My suggestions to you it needs to be well maintained and lawns out the back needs weed eater washing machines need to removed dryers could have just fixed the dryer instead of buying one maybe it could do with abit of a make over and essentials needed oh and maybe offer breakfast for customers and dinner kitchen needs to set up roster for dishes and cleaning and laundry room and showers have room inspections every week

Reception highly professional, facility beautiful location beach & retail, site parking spot on, tenant/guest wonderful.. highly recommend this backparkers thumbs up 👍🌊🌈❤️

The fishing rod decorations and beautiful kikiyu were great. There was a unique natural aroma in the living quarters which reminded me of home. The other guests were very welcoming and friendly.

That I didn't get to stay longer

On question 3.the bed was squeaking badly so maybe need new mattress. Sorry thats all.

No breakfast, room was lovely , clean and fresh linen, spotless. Unfortunately the kitchen was in a sad state , needed a good clean and some better pans . Shared bathroom also very basic..

Bathroom draughty , very stark . Kitchen very grubby and poorly equipped .

The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean - and everything one would expect from a motel unit, was supplied. We will definitely stay here again.

I am a short person and the shower control and rose were way out of my reach. I will ask for a unit with a lower shower rose next time.

Beds okay love the white soft sheets, room & bathroom clean & tidy

Shared kitchen a bit untidy & a couple of guests had a little quarrel
