The lovely Lady at the welcome desk was welcoming, and very helpful going above and beyond to help me settle in. Also, l had written to ask for an early check-in, and there was a room available for me, which was very nice. I like the gentle calming music that was quietly in the background I liked that there are laundry facilities available if required. The whole place is very clean and my room was well made up. On departure, the lovely lady at the desk handed me a souvenir shopping bag which was very generous.

There was nothing that l didn't like.

I had a pleasant stay at Aristotles in Wairau. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a small kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with shops, and restaurants. It’s a great choice for both short and long stays on the North Shore.

The pool at Aristotles was clean and well-maintained, but it was quite cold during my visit. It would be great if it were heated, especially on cooler days. Still, it's nice for a quick dip if you don't mind the chill!

The motel is in a very handy location on the shore. Also close to where I wanted to go. The front desk staff was very friendly with a big smile. He explained everything to me. The lady at the back is also fantastic. They have been really generous for my request. The motel is clean with a swimming pool at the back however we didn't have time to enjoy. Quite a few eateries around the motel. Our room was quite spacious too with a bath that we have enjoyed.

Lovely receptionist who assisted me with getting my luggage into the room. I stayed in the accessible room which was next to the reception area with mobility car parking right next to the entrance. The room was clean and spacious with large windows that let in lots of natural light and fresh air. Nice comfy bed. Loved the leather armchair. Excellent accessible and modern bathroom. Good laundry facilities. Great wi-fi. Lots of dining options close by. Close to northern motorway.

As a family of 4 we absolutely love the location..it has eateries and supermarkets. Movies and everything you possibly need all around. The room was clean and comfy. I get claustrophobic so our room with a sliding door was absolutely perfect. Very accommodating. The staff were friendly and had good service. The spa bath was the saving grace after finding out the pool wasn't hot all year round. If you are a family who need somewhere relaxing , close to all amenities for the diverse needs of children lol then this place is definitely ideal for you. An added bonus is the vending machine onsite . It has a few goodies in jt which helped with miss 2 year old who wanted snacks .

Family of 4 we were drawn to this place as the advertisement said it was all year round hot pool, instantly we were sold. Only to find out that it wasn't.

Room and Bathroom immaculate,Beds extremely comfortable,patio doors led out to the pool which was lovely to look at but a bit cold to venture into,roll on summer for a looking forward dip.The pub next door for me ( good menu)and Burger King for a special treat for my 14 year old son perfect 😁😁

Room was what we expected as we had stayed there before. Very conveniently located to Southern Cross Hospital and well equipped room. Awesome Indian restaurant across the road and lots of amenities nearby.

Everything was fine. The soap wasn't working in the bathroom, hopefully that was rectified once we reported it.

The room was a nice size, the receptionist was very thorough with instruction and information. Staff were very friendly to talk to she even came to set up the couch bed as we didn’t know how to pull it out made us very extra comfortable . Our room was nice and clean . My kids loved the swimming pool. It was easy to walk to get food.

No breakfast provided but it was clean and met expectations. Would stay again & recommend.

Young receptionist could have been informed about the bus station 4mins away and known if there was a bus going direct from there to Eden Park for.our concert, especially as we were from Palmerston North and had never used Auckland Transport before. She was friendly though.

The lift was a bonus for our luggage. The staff were friendly, fantastic communication as we came in late and the 10% discounts for shopping close. The pool was so nice and clean.

Just a suggestion, a rail to help get in and out of the pool for us more mature ones would be great. But everything else was fantastic ☺️
