I have been here a few times over the years, and more recently have stayed in the apartments on sunnybrae rd, i find them more comfortable

Only thing is elevators are needed to be installed, especially if someone has got heavy suitcases and their apartment could be on the top floor, because of the configuration of the apartment rooms etc, and can be quite a mission to lug alot of stuff up there, other than that, i always enjoy my weekends away there every few months, I definetely know to ask for a ground floor apartment, I have pretty much stayed in most of them now, so kind of know how each lay out is.

Room felt comfortable, beds are nice. Good enough for a cheap stay.

If you have small children I wouldn't get the upstairs rooms. (Don't get a choice unless you already know about it and request) The handrails were NOT safe at all for small children who like to watch people and see what's happening, if unattended they could easily try and slip through, so we couldn't have the door open without having to put our suitcases in-between which wasn't great. Cleaning wasn't to bad however there was red drink all over the mirror, cupboards and draw and some wall.

The fact they changed the towels . We found a bag of rubbish & 2 empty alcohol boxes in one of the cupboards which we put up on the bench. We did try to advise the front desk but it was not attended. We were surprised when we came back and saw that they had been taken away. Loved the touch mirror and the magnifying mirror inserted in the bathroom mirror.

The fact that there is no internal access from the garage. We arrived in the rain, and we had to bring our suitcases up the stairs from the garage, walk them along the footpath and then walk them up stairs to the apartment.

Pods were awesome, everything there, just felt a little bit unsafe as it was alone up away from main hotel, there was very good lighting, but when you’re a female with a 7yr old, it’s kind of scary, I’m guessing there’s cameras anyway, but with alit of break ins etc., I’m thinking most females would feel unsafe, other then that very comfortable bed and very clean

I liked everything, even easy access to restaurants and local shops, McDonald’s etc., great there’s a playground and pool

We stayed in the new apartment block, it was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities close by. Only thing that was a downer was we were on the top floor, which is 3 stories, and there is no elevator. We were fine but when you are lugging up heavy suitcases and other things cos u don't want to make another trip down to the underground carpark, it makes it harder. That would be perfect if you have a lift installed, for others who might have disabilities. Other than that, a beautiful place to stay in.

No Elevator, as we were located on the top floor. And when you come out from the underground parking lot, u go up some more stairs just to get to the front entrance, not the one when you have large suitcases and lugging them up 3 flights of stairs.

Modern, stylish apartment. Great full size kitchen, good courtyard area out the back. Free underground secure carpark, comfortable bed, very clean, feels like your own private apartment, not like a hotel room. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Big kitchen area with breakfast bar seating but only a small 2 seater couch as lounge. With different furniture in the space that is there could be more comfortable to relax in. A TV in bedroom would have made it exceptional. Otherwise.i would highly recommend the apartment to anybody.

I loved the fact this house was a home away from home. Fully fenced section so great for the kids and so central to everything. The sofa bed in the lounge is the most comfy sofa I've slept on. Being able to walk to one of the restaurants only 2mins away was awesome.

Maybe shouldn't call the house a villa. A villa is a specific type of architecture and this isn't a villa, it's a lockwood home.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The unit was a 1 bedroom unit, very modern, with a lovely sunny little courtyard, was very comfy and presented nicely, reasonable size for 2 people, location handy to most places, bed was very comfortable.

The cook top was not cleaned properly, tv remote back cover was missing and 2 dining chair seats were not screwed on. Coffee table was wobbly. Gate was locked to walk through to access the pub. No dish cloths for wiping the benches etc. Also the range hood was dirty

Plenty of options close by for food Close to the big Smales Farm Bus station which makes it really easily accessible even if you don't have a car. The bed was nice, the shower had good pressure, the little kitchen area was practical and supplied. The heat pump worked well which was good as very cold few nights. And mostly it was extremely clean - they do take care of the place. For the price, extremely good option.

Nothing really, sure the place is not brand new, but again, it is very clean and well maintained.

The members of staff were always very friendly and welcoming! They were always very helpful aswell when and if we needed help/ messaged about our stay beforehand/during. We got fresh towel everyday.

I think where we were there for 10 days maybe a hoover could have been provided. We had to ask for a dustpan and brush as there wasn’t any cleaning equipment for the room. That’s the only thing I would say is to be provided with equipment to clean and or have the cleaners hoover every other day and or 3rd day.
