Lovely place, nice and spacious, great having a kitchen and space to relax. Staff were great and loved how our room got serviced as wasn't expecting that. Great view of the city and the sea. It really was lovely just the single bed situation let it down thats all.

Only downside was we booked this place over everyone else as it offered 3 single beds for the kids not a pull out like others as it was a water polo tournament it was important for decent comfortable sleep. And we didn't get 3 single beds, we got 2 single beds and one was a trundler bed to hard to sleep on so one child had to sleep on the couch. Just wold of been good to be informed it wasn't a single bed but a trundler.

It was nice and spacious, open space and relaxing. The beds are comfortable. Nice kitchen area, not that we used it a lot. Balcony was lovely. Has a washer and dryer built in one so woke up to the washing being dried. Had 2 toilets. Staff accommodated to my request. Staff was inviting and organised and had everything waiting on arrival.

Only had 4 seats at a small table for 5people staying and outside seating wasn’t enough for 5 people either unless we brought a chair from one to the other. Has an ensuite in one of the rooms with a shower and toilet which is the only shower so would have to wait for the people in that room to wake up instead of having one that is accessible. No Welcome book with what is in the local area (walks, food etc), how they would like the room left (where to leave towels and how to get them replaced if needed etc), when doors close (car park door and sunset room?), was different to have the front door unlocked at all times with no reception person at all times and no one was on duty when we checked out (not a bad thing just different)

Hands down the most comfortable bed we have experienced at an accommodation provider, I need to know the mattress brand. It's so peaceful and quiet. Very spacious well appointed rooms. Excellent value for money and sufficient onsite parking.

Only complaints would be the fire door (if it's called that) was open all night on level 1 just didn't feel secure however anyone can get in the lobby in any case and it's a very safe town so not overly worried. The couch must be a pull out so it's angled downwards you can't sit comfortably without feeling like you are sliding forwards. Very small points but mentioning for the sake of it.

We wanted a spacious hotel in the Auckland CBD that was not going to be noisy. This place was perfect. We could take the frequent Bayswater ferry to the city. The view was spectacular. Very huge shower. A massage chair. 2 balconies and a view to see our car. Have recommended to family and friends this place. Our 4 month old slept soundly. Will come here again. Only issue would be the blinds were broken so we couldn't roll them up to see the full view. The bathroom is an ensuite for the main room. So my in laws had to come into my husband and I's room to use the bathroom.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the size and comfort of the room. It was spacious, with a massive bed that made it feel like a true retreat. The balcony and the view facing the sky tower and harbour bridge were absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Everything was spotless, and the room had all the amenities I could need. The staff truly made the experience even better. The receptionist and everyone else I interacted with were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible with our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also perfect surrounded by beautiful spots to explore, and just a short distance from local attractions. I will definitely be booking here again for my next trip. Highly recommended! 10/10!

The location and staff

It was super dirty. There were even left overs from someone else in the fridge when we arrived. I washed doorknobs and light switches because it was that dirty. The couch smelled like BO as well. It just needs a bit of quality control with the housekeeping staff!

The location was excellent, the rooms had everything you need including washing facilities.

The information recieved when checking in was basic, it was like here is your room key and its down there. No information on parking aling with local useful information which comes in handy, things such as Ferry taxi 10 min steady walk away and here is the timetable, this would be very handy knowing this commute to Auckland from the get go. Otherwise we would of scored this 10 out of 10

We like staying here and I was glad to find a room when I had to stay unexpectedly for two nights by myself. Pleasant staff, spacious rooms, comfy beds, very clean, quiet, off-street parking, and the location suited my purposes. No fuss checking in or out. I always get a lot of work done. I have stayed in every room type now and liked all of them.

Nothing I couldn't fix myself or by asking. It's a bit of a shame the restaurant isn't operational just now, but it is what it is.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in - it has everything you need for a very relaxed stay (and odd things we asked for like extra coathangers were provided within seconds). The apartment is huge, the bed is huge and very comfortable, there is everything you need in the kitchen area with beautifully clean, quality kitchenware, there's a dishwasher and washing machine (with powders) and iron, the sofa is comfortable, the TV has Sky channels, there are great views from the balcony, the air con is super efficient, the staff on reception are really friendly and welcoming, the apartment is serviced daily with fresh towels and restocking of teas, coffees, toilet rolls etc ... there is absolutely nothing not to like - the location might seem a little isolated but the ferry terminal is a 10 minute walk away and gets you to the City very quickly and the no 8O1 bus is 3 mins walk from the door - and enabled frequent visits to Devonport to eat - and full exploration of all the North Shore beaches. We absolutely loved our week's stay here and would come back again without question! Thank you team Ocean Breeze!

Pleasant staff, spacious unit and great location. Appreciated how comfortable the unit was with heated bathroom floor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooking facilities, heat pump, Sky channels, full balcony with table and chairs which is accessible from both the bedroom or lounge area, comfortable bed, view of Auckland's cityscape and Harbour Bridge, as well as the unit being spotlessly clean.

No comments here, everything was wonderful.
