my family's experience here was great. We literally booked for a last minute, birthday getaway, And are grateful to have found this place. The price was very good for the amount of people(2xadults 4x children)and 2x days that we stayed. As we had planned to travel around wairau and takapuna ,the location for us was perfect. Easy to find,easy access, and close to our visiting destinations.5min drive to the mall and restaurants, maybe even less than that. And considering its situated on the main road,we found it very peaceful. Our room18, located near the back of the property on the lower level(not upstairs)was a perfect size,very tidy,very comfy and a carpark in front of our room door👌 Haha We're also sooo thankful there are fans in each room as it was muggy no thanks to the rainy weather lol We plan on staying again in the future

The t.v didn't work.no cable

clean apartment. good shower. comfortable beds. all bits what tou need in kitchen. onsite free laundry. decked area outside with tablecand chairs and some lawn beyond. plenty of space to park up. good surrounding area to explore including an excellent forest/bush walk close by if driving.

make sure you arrive at checkin time otherwise you will wait outside reception. you have to input your code on the key box opposite the reception. didnt work for us so had to wait somewhat for a member of staff to answer our call.

Stayed in apartment 17 and it was a pleasant surprise as some of the reviews from previous residents were a bit mixed. Nice high level of cleanliness, very comfortable furnishings and very well fitted out with all the necessary appliances. Well located within easy reach of the city and local amenities.

It would have been nice to have had use of the pool, it was closed off and lacking maintenance. There were very few staff around except for the domestic staff and the reception was not maned at any point during our stay.

It was very warm and cosy, quiet and peaceful. Free wifi, television with sky channels like the movie channel and the american football, its close to shopping and my favourite church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, it was soo beautiful and absolutely perfect. the worker there is very kind.

Room was very tidy Having the laundry available and free makes a huge difference when travelling as a team. Housekeeping, she was friendly. Second time we have stayed here and have forgotten to leave bedding when the pull out couch has been added to your bed count. Great parking

The place was clean, well equipped, comfortable and good value for money.

The only issue I had was the WiFi was very poor. There was no signal in unit 1 unless you stood right by the front door. It would connect then drop out. The TV occasionally lost signal too.

Location was perfect to amenities and the motorway. This place was family friendly and good value for money. The rooms and comfort of the beds were good and the apartments are perfect for a family

There was a film of some sort on the vinyl that wasn't very pleasant to walk on . The pool and spa were unavailable.

Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean and tidy. Wifi and key collection was easy.

Booked for 5 - one on the sofa-bed. No bedding provided for sofa. Only had bedding for 4. The clump of hair in the sofa bed was off-putting and the shower drain backed up and the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall.

Friendly hosts: We were a late book and check in and our host was kindly waiting for us. Complimentary bathroom shampoo and moisturizers are refillable so no disposable plastic for landfill was great to see. Within walking distance to supermarket Comfy beds and pillows Spacious for our group

Cleaners missed some birthday decorations from previous vacationers in the garden and under the bed, but was no biggy

Very large apartment. My reservation was for a 2 bedroom but we were put into a 3 bedroom. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom and great pillows.

Ants, not enough hot water for a shower. Beds and couch were extra firm and hard so couldn't sit for a movie with the family or anything. Needed more coffee, and sugar. Ran out of TP day 1.
