The apartment was bigger than we expected, and the location and views were spectacular! The place is really well appointed - all the kitchen equipment and even a French laundry - so, perfect for longer stays too. We really appreciated the bottle of milk and sparkling wine that were supplied: a really nice touch.

Our only bugbear was with the booking service. We were repeatedly asked to check in and purchase additional services. I must have been getting two or three emails a day from them. That was stressful, because then I wasn't sure what had been actually booked and charged and when, and if everything was confirmed.

Check in process from Quinovic is unnecessarily complicated for a NZ resident and they keep sending repeat emails to try & sell extras. Annoyed us!The lady when we collected keys was excellent however.

Location, private but a short walk to the happening marina area. Stunning balcony that opens widely to exciting views of the bridge which changes colors at night. Very cool. Feels like you are on the water. High ceilings. Spacious feeling. Well equipped large kitchen. Lovely comfy furniture, everything you need. Completely furnished. Great especially if you want to just hang out a home. It’s hard to leave that comfy couch and view. Recommend for romantic get away, privacy to do work at home, single, couple, or couple with a kid (there’s a comfy daybed).

Occasional tour boats floating by can suddenly interfere with your privacy. Bedroom is tight, and overly soft bed and stiff bed linens not particularly comfy. Check in/out center is a 10-15 minute walk away which is awkward. Fridge broke while I was there. Had to throw out about $30 worth of food. Couldn’t get the microwave working. Bathroom is very nice but small. Took some time to get the ventilation/temperature right, with sliding doors, ceiling fans and a split AC/heater. Lots a birds and seagulls buzzing by but never an issue when them coming in, though it was an ongoing concern. No hotel facilities like gym, pool, restaurant or service.

You are on Princes wharf, jutting out into the bay facing the bridge connecting north and south Aukland. A beautiful balcony with water view. Full 1 bedroom apt with fridge, cooking facilities, nespresso coffee maker and tea kettle. King size bed in an enclosed bedroom. . Laundry facilities in suite. Also for our purpose great location. Walking distance to ferries, major restaurants. About 1 km walk to Art Gallery and Albert park, Aukland University. Less of a walk to skytower.

Small issue with getting key of lock box.

The property’s location is ideal, right next to Auckland’s bustling harbor, and the room is modern and comfortable overall. Aside from minor issues like a broken chair and small fixture problems, everything else was satisfactory. The building’s security is excellent.

However, the communication felt cold and overly formal, with excessive procedures requiring all forms of ID, including real-time selfies, which made me uncomfortable. The process became cumbersome with constant emails from Quinovic, adding extra steps after booking on Booking.com.

The location was excellent. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. Loved the views f try im the balcony and ease of access to shops and restaurants. There was no disturbance from fellow residents.

The dishwashers didn’t clean well so we washed the dishes by hand. Not a problem but need to be looked at first future bookings. The waste in the en-suite was broken and the toilet in the main bathroom has a flushing problem.

Access difficult . No one to help when you arrive , office off site. When we asked for directions to drive to the apartment we were told to turn right from the office - it was the wrong way down a one way street! Not a good start. We were given the keys to the wrong apartment so couldn’t get access from the car park or get into the apartment . Had to be helped by a resident who contacted Quinovic for us. Very impersonal . Poor service after a long days travel to get there. ( office only open for key collection we were told from 3 - 5 pm !). Literature pre arrival is very aggressive and threatening about what will happen to you if you break their rules, all seems extremely inflexible. A £200 deposit is taken from you pre arrival . Car parking costs £25 per day .

Fantastic location with best water views you could expect. Vibrant food scene just around the corner & walking distance to most places in cbd. Well appointed apartment & up to date.

Not having office on site meant going to office first to pick up key & to drop off parking key. Unfortunately electrical maintenance works upstairs on last night meant a noisy bad night sleep.
