We stayed at your hotel and were pleasantly surprised by both the hotel itself and the beautifully decorated room. We visited the bar, restaurant, and had breakfast, and were met with very attentive and friendly service everywhere. The reception ladies were especially lovely and professional. Breakfast was very good and delicious. We will definitely return again.

The only thing that slightly disturbed us was a man from the breakfast team on 29/06, who spoke very loudly and excessively with other staff members, unnecessarily disturbing them with his conversation. But everything else was excellent.

Its new and well located in Auckland City. The 38th floor rooftop bar is brilliant. Two complimentary bottles of sparkling NZ water

Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. The shower smelled a bit sour and the bed was poorly made ie looked slept in. There was a single wine glass provided in the luxe fridge and sideboard Also no milk in the fridge and guests are expected to drink the comp water out of the bottle. Front desk check in was very perfunctory. Hardly any sort of greeting. Rather ‘your c/c and id!’

Everything! Me and my family absolutely loved it here! From the time we walked in, we were greeted and immediately assisted with our stay and parking options. It was fast, easy, stress-free and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL from reception staff to the restaurant staff - the breakfast was AMAZING, the staff were AMAZING! The location was perfect, a short walk to everythjng, valet parking was quick and easy. The gym was fantastic! Our room was clean and modern. I just want to say, THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AT THE VOCO, TO HAVE AN AMAZING HOTEL YOU HAVE TO HAVE AMAZING STAFF AND YOU ALL WORK HARD AND MADE MY FAMILY’S EXPERIENCE MEMORABLE AND FOR THAT WE ARE GRATEFUL! ❤️ Next time we’re in Auckland, we will be back! Reception service, beds were so comfortable, package included breakfast, design of the bathroom, double shower heads, lots of pillows and toiletries ie shampoo, conditioner, bodywash had a very nice scent to them. Also our room number 3107 had a good view of the sky tower and overall view at night.

Room was a bit tight for 3 people, no bin liners for the rubbish bins. Upon checking out the receptionist advised she'd organize for our car to be brought through and said it would take 5-10mins, after 15-20mins I asked her how long it would be, she replied not long. Other visitors who had checked out after us, had their cars brought through so I went back the 3rd time to ask and the receptionist took all my details again and must've realized at this point, she had forgotten and went to the back room to retrieve our keys. The porter got our car and was very apologetic as he was aware, we'd been waiting for over 30mins. So I think attention to detail was missed here.

The room was spacious with a great view of the Skytower. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Also, I let the staff know we were there for my daughter's 18th and they gave us a lovely fruit and dessert platter which was so thoughtful.

We were in a room which had an adjoining door to a young family. The sound traveled at 5am as though the kids were sitting at the end of my bed, screaming. Maybe young families shouldn't be in rooms with adjoining doors. Also, there was some confusion over the parking rates. When we booked in we were told something different to when we checked out.

Location is excellent - an easy walk to upper Queen Street, Aotea Centre and the Civic, or the Britomart, Commercial Bay and Viaduct area. Our room on level 32 had a fabulous view of the Skytower and was huge in comparison to previous hotel rooms we've stayed at. It was decorated tastefully. Staff were friendly upon check in, and also helping my husband bring up plates and cutlery to our room for our Uber Eats dinner. Buffet breakfast was fine, nothing amazing but did the trick.

Our shower pressure was pretty low for both the rain head and normal shower head. We felt a bit sorry for the breakfast staff who seemed short-staffed and were constantly running around dealing with guests and topping up food.

My experience was quite good, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I ordered room service and the food was good; the breakfast was complete. There wasn’t a huge variety, but there was a bit of everything, and that was fine with me. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything you need. But what really takes the medal is the staff. EVERYONE I interacted with was amazing. I don’t know everyone’s name, but they all helped me at some point — with restaurant reservations, giving me tips on tours and specialized apps, helping with my luggage, giving directions and everything else and always so kind and happy to help. I have to make a special mention of Javiera from the dining area and Aayush from reception...just incredible and amazing service!!! I think as in price, it was perfect for what I received. Plus it´s in the centre and close to everything. Just a tip, if you can, book a sky city tower view...you won´t regret it. ❤️🤩⭐

We stayed for 6 nights. Great central location, near the sky tower. We were in a room on the 25th floor, with great city views. The Albert bar, a good place for a snack and drink is on the 38th floor a great place to watch the sun set, it’s not far below the observation deck of the sky tower so you might want to consider this before visiting the tower. The spacious room was great, clean and comfortable, you can elect not to have the room serviced and you get 500 points per night. All the staff were superb. There are plenty of places to eat and drink to suit all budgets.

The restaurant menu was a bit limited, perhaps more pasta dishes.

Lovely clean, stylish rooms, great view of the sky tower! There is plenty of room for a family of 4 in a twin queen room for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with complimentary early check-in when we arrived at 12pm. Breakfast was included in the room and there was a great selection for all tastes, included freshly made coffee, eggs and ommlettes. The location was excellent, right in the centre of town close to everything auckland CBD has to offer, and only a short walk to Spark arena for events.
