Central location. The apartment looks obviously aged and could do with some renovation and refreshing. But all the appliances, while old, are perfectly functional. The washing machine and dryer in the bathroom are greatly appreciated and very easy to operate. Balcony has a little bit of an ocean view and is a good place to relax.

Very limited reception opening hours. Would be helpful to give customers a heads up of self check-in instructions for checking in after 5pm. Hot drinks options in the kitchenette are also limited without decaffeinated options. The bathroom smells a little like sewerage.

The property is located right on the most buzzing street of Auckland at walkable distance from multiple attractions like viaduct harbour, Albert's park and sky tower. The facilities were pretty good with a full kitchenette, washer dryer, dishasher, microwave and refrigerator. The room has a small patio overlooking the street and a glimpse of the harbour and has a set of chairs and coffee table to sit and soak in the view. The staff was very polite and helpful, guided us for attractions, public transport and airport cab.

We stayed the night of Halloween 2024 and given that it is CBD it was a little loud till 1 am with people partying on the street. Not such a big bother though

Central location for easy access to the waterfront. We were high enough to get a partial sea view from the balcony. Full kitchenette with cooktop was useful. Laundry (washer and dryer) in room was a bonus. Access to a full-on local gym is available. It's a 5 minute walk to a different location and you need an access card from the hotel front desk. We stayed here because there was no availability on Wiaheke Island over a long weekend. We did a day trip to the island - stay on the island if you can for a couple of nights.

Smaller unit than we were expecting. We moved the furniture around to better fit our suitcases and get a better view outside, so we made it work. Bathroom was a little tired and small with the washer and dryer inside. My wife complained about a sore back from the bed; I thought it was fine.

While the apartment itself is rather small, it has an impressive amount of amenities and was very efficient. It is in a great location - easy to get anywhere in the city centre. We were on the 9th floor which had only 4 apartments on that level. We never heard a peep from the other apartments. They were very good about storing our luggage when we arrived early and also holding it after we checked out but were not ready to head to the airport yet. Wifi worked well. It even has a balcony to sit and observe the city. It is surrounded by high-rises.

The only downside to this place is that we could hear the noise from the bars into the wee hours of the night. Mostly the thumping of the bass and drum. This was on a Friday & Saturday night in February. It surprised me how much we could hear it in spite of being 9 floors up. Fortunately I was tired enough that I eventually fell asleep.

The location and price and space and facilities and its was all perfect!

The current homeless problem made the approach a bit uncomfortable late at night/once shops had closed but it is a city and there were police and Quest had several security measures. One of our two rooms had a stronger smell like a spray to cover smoking odor but it didn’t bother my son and I’m sensitive so stayed in the non-odor room… perhaps stricter policing and punishment for smoking so rooms ban be better kept odor free would be helpful… Sofa and carpet a bit stained .. would have covered if I had a baby/toddler.. but it’s a city and .. the room was CLEAN and comfortable.

Good location close to port and also City

Expected a better view. Pictures when booking deceiving. We were also allocated an dingy room on level 5 to begin with which looked into concrete walls in every direction. Asked if another room available and we were given one on level 12 which although wasn’t amazing at least we could see the sky. I’m surprised we were given the dingy one to start with when another was better and available. It was extremely small and pokey and had a bit of a horrible motel smell. I treated myself to some Lush products to improve the scent. There was a noisy bar nearby which seemed to be open till the wee hours.

I arrived at 11am to drop off my bag as check-in wasn't until 2pm. To my great surprise and relief, I was told by the super friendly receptionist that my room was ready and that I could check-in there and then. I was supposed to check-out on the Sunday but after being out all night at a concert all I wanted to do was rest up. I called reception at 8am when they opened and the same receptionist who checked me in on Friday gave me a great price for the additional night to leave Monday morning instead. My room/balcony had a view of both Fort St and Queens St, on the sunny days it was nice to people watch with a glass of wine. Yes, it's the city center so expect noise from people and traffic.

The property is located at the section of Queen Street which is very near to the ferry point for the ferry to Waiheke. It is near to many eating places, and we loved the walk to the marina and various places from the property. Staff were very helpful and patient in helping us book our transport to the airport from the property. Staff were also very helpful in answering queries and also ensuring our stay is pleasant. We stayed on 18 Jun, then checked-out to drive to Paihia and returned to stay again from 20-23 Jun. We left our main luggage at the property. When we returned late from Paihia on the 20th, our luggage that we left at the property was automatically delivered to our room before we even checked in. Parking arrangement was convenient at a location nearby.

Dropping off passengers and luggage during check-in may be challenging if the drop-off area in front of the property is occupied, especially during peak hours. Other than that, not an issue.

Location was great! Right in the city centre and 5min walk to the harbour. Plenty of shops cafes, restaurants and the ferries for getting around! Make sure you book your ferry tickets in advance if travelling in summer! There were 2 cruise ships docked when we were there!

The room was a little on the small side and the balcony isn’t really usable. It was extremely noisy at night from traffic and nearby clubs. We were there Friday/Saturday nights which probably didn’t help either!

The room was lovely and it was great having a kitchen, laundry facilities and chrome cast. The room was well kept.

The washing machine/dryer were one and in the kitchen and was extremely loud so it was too loud to use. It was great to have Chromecast but the internet kept buffering. It was a great location but you could hear all the public noise all night and then the road cleaning all in the mornings. Our room got serviced really late in the afternoon (after 3.30) and we had wanted to get back to have rest get changed before we went out for dinner and a show, which was a little inconvenient.
