Good sized room. Very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom! Pool was heated which was nice. Reception staff very helpful. Location of hotel was ideal, right on the main shopping street with lots of food options nearby

This is my third time staying at this property over a period of approaching 30 years. The refurbishment has kept the place looking absolutely pristine. The location is absolutely in the heart of Auckland. There is very little to fault it, even the price is surprisingly reasonable for such a central location. Very comfortable beds and other facilities. Would honestly recommend.

It's a little disappointing there are zero catering facilities at all - not that there aren't a range of eateries within a few metres of the property. However a vending machine with cold drinks and snacks in the lobby would have been an improvement. There is a good shop with these things just across the side road, but it does mean going outside.

Trying to get there in a private car with the Auckland roads around Queen street was a nightmare. Difficulty in finding street using Google Maps - it couldn't accurately pinpoint the location and it did not take into account the massive road works. On the plus side - once we got there the staff were amazing with the cars and unpacking - they could see we were a bit stressed. Maybe a bit more detail around how to get there in a private car coming from the North would be useful on the website while the roadworks are on-going. If it was on the site we missed it !

Citylife Auckland hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Auckland. The pleasant smiles of the staff left me with a very unforgettable and wonderful impression. They are always ready to solve any problems we encounter. Every time we came to Auckland for several years, we chose to stay at Citylife Auckland hotel. It is located in the city center. The supermarket and various stores are right next to the hotel. It only takes a few minutes to reach the seaside and the pier. This is a very good choice for going to Auckland. If you come to Auckland and don't know where to stay, then choose citylife Auckland Hotel.

We loved the space of two rooms connecting with each other to cater for our children. The pool and gym was so good! Valet parking was so helpful. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. So happy we found this place. Location was perfect for us it was close to everything which meant we didn’t have to drive around, the kids loved walking to sky tower just around the corner. Woolworths and dinner just around the corner. It was such a good experience in the city for us wished we could stay longer.

We were on the 4th floor the only thing was our view was of the back streets, which actually wasn’t a biggie. Overall we loved the place so did our kids.

The minute we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed by the pretty staff with a free upgrade to the Grand 2-room Suite Apartment. The staff went all miles to make sure we were fine in handling the kitchenery wares and washers. Our 24th storey apartment has a very clear view of the Auckland Skytower and the sea port...stunning! The location is so perfect to have everything around for food, shopping, casino, Intercity bus terminal, supermarkets. All are within stone-throw distance. We had an afternoon flight on the day of checking out. The lovely staff granted us a free late check-out as it's available. Thank you so much Adina for giving us the most wonderful 4N stay! It exceeded our expectations. We shall return to Auckland in short future and it has to be Adina Citylife.

My stay at Adina Citylife Auckland was outstanding, particularly due to their exceptional customer service and flexibility. Initially, there was an error in our booking, but the hotel staff promptly amended it without any hassle, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, during my visit, I faced an unexpected all-night workload, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully providing me with a comfortable workspace to ensure I could complete my tasks without disruption. Their genuine willingness to accommodate my needs made all the difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in central Auckland is excellent. I'd highly recommend Adina Citylife Auckland to anyone seeking not only a great place to stay but also exceptional hospitality and understanding staff. One area for improvement would be their keypass technology, which was occasionally unreliable. Updating or enhancing this system could further elevate the overall guest experience.

Spacious and enjoyable close to everything as well. The guy at adina was very understanding when we arrived late. But we very much enjoyed our stay there..

There was a protest happening and the police had blocked off the streets, so we had to park away from adina which was pretty much a 10min walk so it wasn't too far. Although it was heavy with rain...also there are two Adinas so dont get them mixed up like i did...theres adina and adina citylife...adina citylife was the one qw chose and luckily we did the other adina had a depressing feeling to it lol...

To start, i stayed at this hotel for a week. It honestly went by so fast, but all those 7 days stayed, the room did not disappoint at all. The location was really nice, all services were close by when needed. The staff were also really nice with their quick and professional replies. And also really good room service and housekeeping also did an amazing job. In conclusion, I think everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations and would really recommend it to any family or friends. Will totally be back!

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in an excellent central location - a few mins walk to the Britomart train station and the bus stop for the airport, as well as the ferry. The staff are also extremely polite and helpful. Actually stayed here 3 times during the trip to New Zealand it was that good! I mentioned that the mattress was a little soft, so we got a mattress that was more firm! The hotel even held our large luggage overnight when we did a 2-day trip!!! And to top it off, there is a heated swimming pool that's absolutely divine after a long journey!! Cannot recommend it enough - best accommodation during our holiday!!

Nothing
