Amazing location in the CBD and super close to the train station. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry. The corner room with multiple balconies was so rad. The pool is y heated but felt very good on a hot day. And the staff is exceptional! The help desk at Booking screwed up my reservation (after an hour on the phone with them) and the front desk not only fixed it all but upgraded our room. We will come back because of the great service.

If I had to be picky? Could use some new paint. Honestly though, it’s clean and comfortable.

The place… the room… the Filipina housekeeper on AM duty last April 24, 2025. Very warm and approachable. I love her.

1)When we checked out April 24, 2025 at 10AM, one of us have to go back to drop the key at the front desk since we used it to open their garage. The parking spaces were full and we can not just obstruct the car flow… 2)The other card was accidentally dropped at the corridor on our way to checkout, the front desk told me that I would pay $45.00…isn’t that kinda cringe..? 3)The amenities inside the rooms a lot of vandals.. may be coming from previous guests… 4) The flush knob in toilet bowl is hard to push you need to have the force of Thor or superman to be able to flush after using it.

The location was great - within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and activities. The view was spectacular - we had a great view of the harbour and the city skyline and the Sky Tower. The staff were great - super helpful.

The apartment was much smaller than we expected and although everything is as per the photos, the photos are a bit misleading so it looks more spacious than the apartment actually is. This is perfect for one person, a bit small for two persons planning for a longer stay. Not enough space to pack clothing and suitcases.

A great location being so central to everything. Buses, Trains and Ferries all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Loved the views from our apartment looking over the Harbour, the city and Sky Tower. Comfortable bed and pillows. A good full kitchen with dish washer.

The bathroom in the apartment was very cramped, the shower leaked over the floor because the screen was too short. The lighting in the bathroom was very inadequate. There were no full length mirrors in the apartment and the large mirrors in the bathroom were hard to see through due to the inadequate lighting. The lighting in the lounge area was very dim as well and not good enough for reading.

The two men on in the afternoons were very unhelpful and stand off ish. We stayed the Friday night and had the rest of our group of 18 joint the Trudy night. They didn’t want to sort all the rooms for the next day on Friday nor even payment or filling in forms to get half the job done. Wasn’t helpful at all when we had a busy day the Saturday. Lucky the lady in the morning was into it friendly and helpful she’s what made the stay so easy.

We stayed for one night, 4 adults in one suite. By chance, our room was on 37th floor, so the view of the city (and The skyline tower ) and the harbour was quite amazing, especially at night. The room was clean, a tv,aircon,a few outlets for our computer and phones,very well equipped with toiletries and products for coffee/tea, comfortable bed, very security concious. There were a few elevators, pool and fitness room which we had no time to use.The staff were very nice and friendly.The parking place inside the building, which was very convenient .We recommend to reserve in advance, the parking in the city center is difficult even out of season. There was a very elegant ceremony and celebration for the reestablishment of the area, so there was music, everything was decorated and people happy. There are some restaurants and shops within walking distance, a coffee shop around the corner. we went to Daily Bread - bubbly place, good coffee and great sourdough breads and small "buns" - great bakery. A very good experience, wish we could have stayed longer

Brilliant location as a base to view Downtown Auckland city. The apartment we stayed in was ideal for my wife and I, as the location enabled us to access everything we wanted to visit and do whilst in Downtown Auckland city. The ferry terminals, boat trips, sky tower, high end shopping as well as the many great bars and restaurants (the viaduct and Wynyard quarter areas were our favourite bar areas) just to list a few things all within a fifteen minute walk. The apartment we stayed in was perfectly equipped and had everything we needed and also included a washing machine and dryer. The secure onsite parking was an added bonus as the car park is not publicly accessible (worth booking in advance as has limited spaces).

The view from our apartment wasn't great as there was a building site directly behind. How ever this wasn't an issue for us as we spent very little time there.

The staff was excellent. We arrived around 11 and were welcomed! The tag for the car park wasn't activated, but it was sorted out later. We needed two extra towels as were 4 .

It seems that I need to pay a $75 bond, but I haven't received it yet. It's quite strange since I made the booking through Booking.com. Additionally, when I requested a parking space and was charged an extra $45, the key tag I received wasn’t activated. I would appreciate it if they could test the key tag before giving it out. Thank you!
