Amazing location in the CBD and super close to the train station. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry. The corner room with multiple balconies was so rad. The pool is y heated but felt very good on a hot day. And the staff is exceptional! The help desk at Booking screwed up my reservation (after an hour on the phone with them) and the front desk not only fixed it all but upgraded our room. We will come back because of the great service.

If I had to be picky? Could use some new paint. Honestly though, it’s clean and comfortable.

A great location being so central to everything. Buses, Trains and Ferries all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Loved the views from our apartment looking over the Harbour, the city and Sky Tower. Comfortable bed and pillows. A good full kitchen with dish washer.

The bathroom in the apartment was very cramped, the shower leaked over the floor because the screen was too short. The lighting in the bathroom was very inadequate. There were no full length mirrors in the apartment and the large mirrors in the bathroom were hard to see through due to the inadequate lighting. The lighting in the lounge area was very dim as well and not good enough for reading.

Brilliant location as a base to view Downtown Auckland city. The apartment we stayed in was ideal for my wife and I, as the location enabled us to access everything we wanted to visit and do whilst in Downtown Auckland city. The ferry terminals, boat trips, sky tower, high end shopping as well as the many great bars and restaurants (the viaduct and Wynyard quarter areas were our favourite bar areas) just to list a few things all within a fifteen minute walk. The apartment we stayed in was perfectly equipped and had everything we needed and also included a washing machine and dryer. The secure onsite parking was an added bonus as the car park is not publicly accessible (worth booking in advance as has limited spaces).

The view from our apartment wasn't great as there was a building site directly behind. How ever this wasn't an issue for us as we spent very little time there.

We stayed for one night, 4 adults in one suite. By chance, our room was on 37th floor, so the view of the city (and The skyline tower ) and the harbour was quite amazing, especially at night. The room was clean, a tv,aircon,a few outlets for our computer and phones,very well equipped with toiletries and products for coffee/tea, comfortable bed, very security concious. There were a few elevators, pool and fitness room which we had no time to use.The staff were very nice and friendly.The parking place inside the building, which was very convenient .We recommend to reserve in advance, the parking in the city center is difficult even out of season. There was a very elegant ceremony and celebration for the reestablishment of the area, so there was music, everything was decorated and people happy. There are some restaurants and shops within walking distance, a coffee shop around the corner. we went to Daily Bread - bubbly place, good coffee and great sourdough breads and small "buns" - great bakery. A very good experience, wish we could have stayed longer

The staff was excellent. We arrived around 11 and were welcomed! The tag for the car park wasn't activated, but it was sorted out later. We needed two extra towels as were 4 .

It seems that I need to pay a $75 bond, but I haven't received it yet. It's quite strange since I made the booking through Booking.com. Additionally, when I requested a parking space and was charged an extra $45, the key tag I received wasn’t activated. I would appreciate it if they could test the key tag before giving it out. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, and spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine and a tumble dryer included. Easy check-in with (paid - $45 per day) car parking in the building. Pool available but most definitely not heated! FFantastic city location within easy walking distance of, well, everything in the city proper!

Some car park spaces (including the one we were assigned) are incredibly tight and require backing-up really snugly in to to avoid blocking other spaces, which can make accessing your boot or getting in/out of the car difficult. If I'm particularly picky, the sink in our room drained very slowly, which was a little awkward for things like shaving. Really not a big deal.

Location of hotel is within a few blocks of anywhere you need to go. Shopping area is just around the corner and there are multiple restaurants and places to eat within a short walking distance. We had a lovely view of the Wellington tower from our room.

We did have trouble with the hot water in the building. We arrived late at night and in the morning had no hot water. We reported it the next morning letting them know we would be out for most of the day. On our return we were advised it had not been fixed but they would like to move us to another room. Things like this happen and it was dealt with professionally and we were more than happy with the result.

The location is perfect, close to almost everything. Lots of shops around, close to city centre. Public carparks close by if you haven’t reserved parking at property (public parking also cheaper) staff were friendly & helpful.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, really had to push the button quite hard to get it flush completely, took a few attempts every time. The dryer did not turn off through the timer on it so we went out for the day & the dryer was on ALL DAY. The apartment itself smelt like cigarette, as if someone prior had smoked in the apartment quite heavily. The TV wasn’t very equipped with much to do, been a smart tv with Netflix etc installed but unable to use, had normal cable tv tho. Would have been handy to be able to chrome cast or something as we had kids & at night as a family we wanted to chill & watch a movie after a long day out exploring. Isn’t very sound proof, could hear a lot of the nose coming from outside, loud music.
