View.. Friendly staff. Close to Queen St.
It took a month for them to post back my car keys. I was parked in open sky park near office so used ny other set of keys to access car. They didn't need to hold any car keys as I wasn't parked underneath. Then we both forgot them. Several ph calls and emails over a month to get keys back that contained my house keys etc not acceptable.

I had a really lovely stay at The Quadrant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great with a nice buffet breakfast, chill out bar and an ample gym and jacuzzi. The room was specious and comfortable with great views over the Sky Tower and some of the harbour. Had a restful night sleep and a pleasant stay which I would recommend to anyone.
Very little to dislike, only the shower was a little temperamental and the hotel is located on a hill so for getting shopping it was a good exercise for me but could be difficult for someone else. But it wouldn't change my thoughts of staying there again as I had a great stay.

We had a fab room, amazing view and exactly what we needed! Loved the separate bedrooms from living area so we could put our son to bed but not have to go ourselves e.g turning off lights or not playing the tv. Great set up with the Kitchen and laundry and bathroom too!
My only "issue" was the finish in the room - some repairs had been done to walls etc but paint not matched or covered properly, holes patched but not painted. The bathroom could do with a refresh as its obviously worn now. the kitchen was fine. Laundry washing machine didnt work and the door got stuck. Beds, couch etc were great, comfy and clean though!

Kids loved the 16th floor. The views were amazing. The staff were exceptional. And went out of their way to help us. I was solo with 3 kids : 9, 9, and 2, and they were awesome with them at the restaraunt and the front desk staff were lovely to them and the experience was magical for them. Breakfast was also amazing. The kids also loved being able to watch streaming services. Was a great experience for our family.
The large bed was 2 beds pushed together, which wasn't terrible, just noticeable and had to avoid the middle. Do places not come with milk anymore? Genuine question because it happened at another place too.

Friendly reception allowed us to leave our bags early in the day, so we could come back later to check in at 3pm, which worked well for our family. The room was nice, on 19th floor I think so had good views over the harbour. Great having 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen, and washing machine, and a nice shower with good pressure. The beds where comfortable too. The wifi was a bit slow and the TV didn't have much on but we were out most of the time so didn't matter. Nice breakfast, although best get there around 8am before it gets too busy, and there was a nice wee gym for my fitness obsessed son to use. 10 minute walk to Queen St, and 30 minute walk to Viaduct. They do takeaway Butter chicken in the evenings too which was a nice suprise.
Would be great if the restaurant/bar could do other takeaway options too like Fish & Chips, or Nachos, or similar, but we did see someone order from a food delivery app so that's an option too I guess, as there's not night time restaurant - although there is one at the Pullman next door. It's good value for money, but you have to remember it's not a 5* hotel, so yes some things are a bit old and run down, but it is great value for money all things considered.

It was a great location for what I needed for my stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and the facilities in the room were excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and was absolutely needed during the stay. I didn't have too much time to spend at the hotel itself but for how much time I did spend there, it was pretty alright.
The sheets for the bed were slightly uncomfortable and the blanket that was there while comfortable also felt a little gross to sleep in. I had the maid service come in and I found a bug on the bed. Things were a little difficult to navigate if you are only using a debit card and not a credit card. It served its purpose for what I needed

Everthing. Was what I needed. Just a short, share ride experience. And the breakfast staff, and supply was very nice. Here is what I appreciated. Was the ability for my luggage, to be checked after my stay was done. I did not need to leave, exactly at 1000. And the next checkin of course would be at 1400 So I asked would they hold my bags And the very helpful lady at front was willing to allow this. Giving me the free time to take in the Univ and not have to find a Bounce luggage location. You are 4 blocks from Sky tower from this motel, as soon as u reach Victoria st.
Can not mention anything at all.

We got a room on a high floor with a nice view of the sea, as requested during the booking. The room was very nicely furnished, with everything to make a short stay comfortable. A kitchenette and a very good washing machine cum dryer were also provided. The housekeeping was friendly and ready to replenish supplies when requested.
Maybe a few more plates, bowls and cooking utensils would be appreciated by people like me who like to cook even when on holiday. The location is not ideal for those with walking difficulty as The Quadrant Hotel is situated at the top of the hill and all shopping areas are downhill.

I love the fully equipped kitchenette, very clean bathroom & shower, and the very comfortable firm bed. The shampoo bottle was empty in the shower - pity, and the heat pump gives off a high pitched noise when used.
I was hoping to use the gym and the spa but the gym, while tiny, smelt sweaty and very stale. The spa was a horror because the water was green. Couple that algae looking water with the bad smell, I shrank from using it. Another guest told me she had the same impression too. That was pretty yucky.

We loved the rooms, the views the facilities in the rooms. The cleanliness was great. And the fact the little kiddies find it hard to open the doors to the verandah and hallway outside the room was a 100% safety bonus that we greatly appreciated. The staff were awesome aswell.
We didn't like the spa pool sauna and gym area as it wasn't very clean, that area could definitely do with an upgrade. And we did notice the elevators were "under maintenance" one was out of order for maintenance and the other 2 were open for use but were Abit sketchy one would only take us to the 17th floor so we walked up the stairs but had to get someone to open the door on our floor as you can't open the doors from inside the stairwell. Other then that we had an awesome stay.
