Great stay, lovely staff and facilities. Enjoyed the pool and the overall layout. The location was handy with a 5 minute walk to where we wanted to go. Received a complimentary gift for our wedding anniversary and the chocolate train is pretty cool too.

We felt that the lighting in our room was a tad too dark, there was a light in the hallway but not where the bed was. Wasn't an issue when you were in bed or anything, but getting dressed or finding the odd item was a little tricky with how dark it felt at night. Eventually we just used our phone lamps.

I was surprised when the staff told me that we were upgraded to a deluxe suite with 2 beds!! That was a great experience knowing that we were celebrating my husband's birthday there and loved the jacuzzi pool in the pool area. We love that we have a lounge area where kids can play. Thank you as well for the complimentary chocolate and letter! We had a great time🙂

Expensive parking. Staff didn't thoroughly explain the use of valet parking vs using the wilson parking. Overall, Liam (I hope I got your name right) from the concierge was really helpful to us. The pool is not heated. I was told that it was heated but still a good place to relax and unwind. It's really good to have a microwave as well in your deluxe suite. Just a thought 🤔

We thoroughly enjoyed out night. There was a tiny miix up with rooms that was sorted straight away. We had dinner at the restaurant and that was super delicious. The room was warm, the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Didn't realize the USB charger was in the bed light until I basically fell asleep Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Restaurant staff were very attentive.

The staff were incredible, helpful, attentive and lovely! The room was cosy and 5 star. Carpet was so lush and we were so comfortable and relaxed. The pool area is expansive and lovely temperature and facilities were clean. Continental breakfast - highly recommend! Delicious!

The bathroom was very small - shower was hard to turn on and off and get to the right temperature, the pressure of the water wasn’t great either.

Location was very convenient. Spa and pool facilities were excellent. Staff were great. Breakfast was exceptional!

Bedroom and bathroom were smaller than we had anticipated. A little tired too, though tasteful. We were comfortable and the rest of the hotel facilities made it good value for money.

I was unwell when I arrived in Auckland and dreaded looking for a doctor at an after hours facility. I contacted the front desk who arranged for a doctor to make a room call. It was amazing the doctor was fantastic and I was able to continue to my conference the following day. Amazing service !

Pool, Sauna and steam room exceptional.

Breakfast very expensive . I had the A la carte menu which was bacon and eggs. The eggs were not freshly cooked, I think was plated up from the main breakfast area.

Enjoyed my work stay at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland. Location was perfect as it was close to most amenities - shops, office and the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great for families with the pool/spa/sauna, buffet breakfast very nice and again child friendly especially the automatic pancake machine. Room upgrade lovely surprise and amazing to have a bit of extra room and seperate lounge area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would very happily stay again especially for a staycation with the kids

Not the property itself but the location is definitely a little bit out the way if wanting to be close to the city centre. Also public parking (attached to hotel) very expensive so would recommend street parking if available. Would have loved a vegan option for hot breakfast but was happy with continental and barista coffee

Room was very clean and comfy and no distrubances which was amazing
