Great price, great location, staff were very helpful. I phoned for milk but didn't realise there was creamer which was a better alternative. Nice modern bathroom. We had a lot of sun light in our room and a ranch slider door. It was great to have a carpark right beside our room. I would recommend and will stay again next time I am in Auckland.

TV was a bit small but we were there to sleep as early international flight the next morning. Grounds were a bit un tidy, but I am not complaining as it did not affect our stay.

Firstly, airport shuttle was extremely good which made it a convenient location, so close to the airport and value for money. All front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and my room was extremely clean.

I did need breakfast. My first night, I arrived close to midnight from Sydney. I did know breakfast wasn't served by I had no chance to get anything so late and no shop nearby in walking distance as I found next morning.

Convenience of location, Airport shuttle, Onsite restaurant, Car parking, Cleanliness of my room, Polite, friendly & helpful staff. After a long days drive, all these things assisted me greatly during my recent overnight stay

Dinner of butter chicken was not of a good standard at all, a glass of wine is expensive and the doors that slam in the corridors not great for sleeping

Shuttle pick up and drop off service is excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good-sized room. Great value for money.

The bathroom was clean but could do with a bit of an upgrade.

Bathroom. Rot and mold in the wood of the shower. Shower pressure was so hard it hurt. there was no way to adjust it.

Very convenient if you need a place to stay after/before a flight as they have a free airport shuttle. Quiet and comfortable beds. Very clean. Just what you need after a long flight. I got sick and had to cancel my stay but they really kindly gave me my money back even though I was late for canceling due to getting confused with the time zones. So in the end I booked with them again for a night 10 days later and I definitely will book a night again at the hotel when I’m going back. As for the area: it’s a quiet neighbourhood so I guess you would want to have a car if you stayed there to explore Auckland.

Great location and price. It suited everything I required. No frills but didn’t pay for or need them. Free shuttle. Shower water pressure was awesome. Food prepared right in site.

TV was small and too low to see properly from bed. The guy who drove the shuttle poorly placed my luggage which fell out all over the ground. One item was a telescope. I had tons of little things in an open box that all had to be picked up off the ground in front of everyone. The final straw was the guy picked up my sandwich I was saving for dinner and jammed it into the box. Nice. I was not happy.
