Clean, good facilities, bed was comfy

Just a bit of communication would be great. Free wifi in the description when booking, but on the notes on the front desk it actually says you need to purchase a voucher. So a little misleading. Also I think (as I read in other reviews) that an info brochure on the room and how you need to slot your key in to use the power to use all facilities would be helpful for first time stayers.

Upon arrival, the staff member should've pointed out the important info I needed was there at reception. He didn't ask if I had stayed there before because I would've said no, then he could've pointed out the instructions. I had to figure out about the key turning everything on, I had to go back to reception to ask about the internet as well as the swimming pool. I also didn't need housekeeping whilst I was there, so I wasn't sure if they came for short stays. So just a couple of minor but useful things.

The motel room was well maintained and spotlessly clean with a kitchenette. As I arrived after shops were closed, I thought I would be able to get breakfast delivered to my room in accordance with the motel information. Sadly, this was not the case as there was a supplier issue.

No alternate option for breakfast. Information on the motel states that breakfast can be delivered to the room if ordered by 9pm. This was not the case as apparently there was a supplier issue. As the room has a kitchenette, I thought it would be possible in the morning to buy something at a local grocery store or go to a cafe. Sadly, this motel is not on a public transport route and there was nothing other than a small bakery in the neighbourhood. Luckily, their stocks were plentiful and a bun & coffee had to suffice as I needed to be ready for an early appointment. Perhaps the motel owner could have purchased some small packets of cereal or bread etc for toast for guests until the supplier issue was solved.

Spacious room, with lovely bathroom and functional, well-stocked kitchen. The shower had good pressure, and the facilities were very clean. Lovely, peaceful locations, with restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was ok, but the mattress felt like it was a bit old and probably needed replacing. No wi-fi included in the price!! It needed to be paid for additionally and it was expensive. The price of the room was not cheap enough to justify this extra cost. In this day and age, and for what we paid, wi-fi should absolutely be included.

We’ve been here a couple of times with no problems

we came back one night and the lift was locked but one of the workers had the entry door open for us. Fine for us because we were on the first floor up from the garage however there was an older couple with limited mobility who had to walk up two flights. Took a little while to figure out how to find the stairs to the upper floor.

So clean easy access to the carpark, clear instructions, easy check in and out. Bed was super comfy but maybe a bit uncomfortable for someone taller. The spa was good though I struggled to get the plug in properly and was a lil bit shallow for me the jets also could have been better. Still thoroughly enjoyed it. So many food options around and the location to everything was awesome!

I actually can't think of anything beside what I mentioned above.

Wet & Dry Sauna, lap pool and hot pool (used on a Tuesday) - very clean! Beds - clean & comfy! Beautiful clean room - even smelled clean! It was very nice to relax in such a clean environment.

Microwave not working. Only instant coffee available - Plunger coffee with plunger would be desirable. There was no green tea, only black tea. Coffee mugs provided should be thin not thick, please. Thank you!

The staff at entry were efficient & friendly with the info you needed... then they left you alone, giving you total privacy. The room was a large size with a massive spa bath, exceptionally clean. There were other guests, but I never heard them. Beautiful large windows encased in light trees, woken to the sound of Tui singing. They gave us plenty of coffee/tea. We went out, and on our return, the entire room had been cleaned. When in the Motel room, you felt like you were at home. The free carpark was a quick walk to a lift, then down to a large underground carground. Nice big TV and great kitchen facilities. We were very impressed, and such a small cost. They had considered the smaller details. We will be back.

The main bed was a double size, not Queen. A little small.

Clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, hot shower with good water pressure. Pleased to see the unit had a hot plate and microwave for cooking/reheating food. I was impressed with the personal care items supplied , Body wash. Shampoo, Moisturiser and hair dryer. Will definitely stay again !

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay .

The parking was excellent, the location was quiet and peaceful with a lovely view from the large windows. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very useful for cooking a meal and making toast and tea. The owner and staff were very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. I was very happy there was no strong fragrance from cleaners in the room.
