Excellent service and communication, super clean and tidy, loved all the little touches, the food in the fridge and cupboards, and the toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was amazing, great pressure and nice and hot. The room was nice and private. Close to all that we needed, i.e., shops and spark arena for concert. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

Bed was a little hard for me, but that is just personal preference. Apart from that, no complaints at all.

Beautiful little room in a wonderful neighborhood. Rose garden was just across the street and the Parnell neighborhood was awesome with great restaurants and coffee shops etc. We took an Uber downtown but I guess we could have taken the rail nearby. We took electric scooters back from downtown waterfront to the apartment, it was perfect!

Breakfast was fine but I wouldnt say amazing, but very fair for the price.

Comfortable and private with everything you need provided, just bring your clothes. Wonderful hosts who generally care about your stay. We spent more time at the suite relaxing rather than exploring Parnell.

The property is fantastic. Just be aware that Parnell is very hilly with some steep climbs if you’re walking to and from town or the train station.

The room is beautiful and quiet, with a lovely small garden outside the floor to ceiling class windows. Completely private. The owner has provided every possible thing you could need, from a selection of breakfast cereals, a few fridge items, cleaning supplies, A/C, comfortable chairs, a dining table, and much, much more. Never seen a place with more thoughtful amenities.

I liked everything: it was very comfortable, conveniently located, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Susan gave very clear directions/instructions and had gone out of her way to provide all the extras which make a stay very enjoyable. The self-served continental breakfast was excellent. I have no hesitation to recommend this as excellent accommodation for travellers and locals.

Everything was perfect.

There was everything you might need and more in the room. There was a wide range of continental breakfast items, good information about the local restaurants/cafes etc, modern décor and everything was very clean. There is a beautiful little garden view and stacker doors. We were there for 3 nights, and it was great to be provided with fresh towels mid stay. The hosts were lovely, available if needed (as they live on site) and they were more than happy to assist if we had any questions or needed anything. We had no issue getting a park right outside each time we went out in the car and could walk to Parnell Road too.

I have a spinal injury and found the bed to be very firm but this may not be an issue for other people. Some of the information on Booking.com indicated you would need to make prior arrangements for things such as linen or parking, but actually this wasn't necessary i.e. linen is provided at no extra cost and parking is available on the street without prior arrangement.

I booked on behalf of my American friends who spoke so highly of their stay. The effort the hosts have made to ensure the suite is welcoming and comfortable, the variety of breakfast supplies, the private garden and all the little extras not normally found in guest accommodation. They could not have asked for more so thank you.

This studio was perfect for our stay in Auckland. We really liked all of the thoughtful touches throughout, including the many charging ports, well stocked fridge and wardrobe, clean space, and comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked very well, Susan was very responsive and helpful with organising parking for us, and the air-conditioning was much appreciated during the hot and humid days we were there.

Nothing, this was a perfect stay for us.

Beautiful room and garden. Very clean and well stocked with a several nice, thoughtful touches. Property owner was very kind and helpful. Location was great. Close to several good cafes, restaurants and coffee places. Easy walking to several areas of interest and next to a large park with beach access.

That we couldn't stay longer.

We loved that everything we needed for our 4 night stay was provided for us. Even some vegan provisions for breakfast. Much appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us to explore Aukland without being stuck in the hustle and bustle of the city. A bus stop was not far away.
