Once you get over the fact that there is no one at reception to greet you and you need to call to get the key drop - its all fine from there. Parking no problem. The duty manager responds to the phone call quickly and the key drop is immediate. The rooms are well appointed, modernized, all facilities as they should be, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again - excellent value for money in central Auckland.

Nothing I didn't like.

In the centre of parnell, good neighborhood on main street. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Close to bus stops and train station. Reception/staff were very friendly and helpful, we needed to drop off our bags super early and they offered to just check us in straight away which we greatly appreciated. Hotel is a bit old but a very reasonable price point and very clean and tidy.

No air conditioning in the room, but was not too hot. No one was at reception when I arrived and the area did not look very impressive, so I wondered what the room would be like, but that was OK.

Good location in centre of Parnell. Easy checkin without needing reception. Easy parking at back (not sure if that's for everyone, but they were happy for me to park there!). Good wifi. Comfy bed.

Rooms and building are a little tired. And shower water pressure was very low. Not a big deal, but just be aware.

Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parnell is great for cafes and restaurants. Train to the airport is really convenient with one change to the airport shuttle bus. Saves time going in to the city centre.

This is the perfect location free parking and great staff all u need for a short stay in parnelll. Staff manager was very good nothing a problem 😁

Location and free parking

Very courteous welcome. The staff went out of their way to find me a parking space for my car. Unlike some similar hotels, there was good lighting to read in bed, with a switch by the headboard. Excellent location towards the top of Parnell Road, with plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

No fridge in the room. This could be awkward in summer months.

The location is fantastic, close to many bars and cafes. The hotel staff was really friendly and the facilities were clean and tidy.

The car park was too small, anyway there was a place to leave your car near the hotel and it was very convenient.

Location was good, rooms clean and quiet.

Parking was a little tight but at least it was off the road and safe
