The hotel allowed us to check in at 11am, 3 hrs early. They were kind enough to waive the early check in fee. Our suite was clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make sandwiches and a light breakfast. Loved the location! It’s a quick walk to the Northern Explorer Train Station and Parnell Road where you will find lots of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. The staff were very accommodation, courteous, friendly.

Not a great view from our room, but that didn’t really matter to us.

Staff were really helpful .we arrived early and staff arranged an upgrade so that we could access our room early. This was so helpful after a very long flight.The room was lovely ,clean and new.There were lots of facilities including a washing machine and the shower was fab.There were also great food and coffee places with really good fayre and atmosphere within walking distance.

Nothing -but good to know that no staff on reception so can’t access hotel between 8am and after 8pm without a key card. Coffee shops 5min walk open from 7am though.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the railway station. We were taking the Auckland-Wellington train the next day. In terms of getting to places to eat, it is a bit of a walk but this time of year (early November), that was not a problem. The room that we were given was interesting -- there was a door that led to two rooms. I suspect it can be used as a family room since there is a main entry to the two rooms which can be locked so that the two rooms can then be occupied by one large group/family.

The basement location was a little depressing...

Gorgeous ,absolutely brand new hotel a short walk from Spark Arena, Parnell and Auckland CBD. Comfortable rooms, spotless kitchen and lovely bathroom. My room was so clean it felt like the 1st time it had been used! Cute helpful staff and my room even had a nice city view.

300$ security deposit for a 1 night stay!? Almost double the price of my room and twice as much as Quest hotels charge. I understand the hotel wants to protect there facilities but quite simply they have got the price wrong. I feel sorry for the lovely receptionist who in the same sentence of “enjoy your stay “ must say “oh and we will now charge your card $300!” Sadly I cannot recommend this amazing hotel to anyone until this “security deposit” price is reduced Edit-I was charged half $300 for single occupancy

A lovely, clean, and modern hotel. Being new, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location is great, with easy access to Spark Arena and just a $10 Uber ride to the Viaduct for the bars. We accidentally spilled sauce on the sheets, and the receptionist was quick to bring us fresh ones, even after 7pm – much appreciated!

There was a $200 bond required for the room, even though we had already paid in advance. We heard that someone else was only charged $150, which seemed a bit inconsistent. It also made me wonder if they would have charged the bond if we hadn’t checked in through the front desk by 8pm. The room was soundproof to outside noise, but we could hear the people next door talking, showering, and plugging things into the wall, which woke us up early.

Brand new Hotel with very comfortable beds. It is very clean!

We booked a one night stay in this lovely, new apartment building with excellent proximity to Parnell. Our studio room had a view of the Sky Tower and CBD skyline and although overlooking the motorway, it was very quiet. Our room was immaculately clean, fresh and modern, and although compact, it was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly. Managed to park for free on the weekend on the road which was a bonus. A lovely, relaxing night away after dinner in Parnell and great value.

$300 visa hold

The cleanliness, friendly staff, how close it was to everything, and the products available for us to use. Also we loved how quiet it was inside even with it being so close to the motorway.

Room 808 didn’t have a big sized pan that could be used on the hob elements. Like there was a big pan but for some reason it wouldn’t work (something to do with it not being magnetic?) but that’s just minor!! We enjoyed our stay!!

Convenient Parnell location, plenty of restaurants, shops, and bus stops into Auckland CBD. 20-minute walk to Auckland Domain, Museum and Wintergardens.

Apartment was a very tight fit, though it was convenient to have a kitchen space as well as a washer and dryer. Regular staff is only available until 8PM. If you need to check in after that or if you need help with something in your room, you have to call an after hours duty person.
