The staff in charge of cleaning and laundry were very helpful and attentive especially the chinese lady. The room is spacious and heat pump is working great. Location is quite central and is near new market and parnell. View is awesome as you can see skycity. Parking is great but most of the available slots are on slope. The front desk is quite friendly but the team is quite lean. Do note that you have to carry your luggages to your room yourself. Great kitchen area, lots of space to maneuver. They have great toaster. There are public laundry services available (2 washing machine, 2 dryers) and they need 3 $1 coins to operate.

Corridor can be narrow on days when you happen to be leaving or checking out when the cleaning ladies are on duty at the same time. Lighting in room and lift is quite dim. Induction plate in kitchen is slow at heating up.

Made this booking for my parent. They loved the stay very much! they didn't have anywhere to go so they arrived one hour early and the receptionist staff helped them to check in one hour early. My parent are superstitious and didn't like rooms on 4th floor so the receptionist helped them on finding a room on the 3rd floor and even made sure they liked the room before checking in for them. They stayed for 7 nights and kept on telling me how comfortable they felt and how much they loved the room and want to stay in the same room for their yearly Auckland stay.

This is a great place! The bed is super comfortable, the place is very clean and the shower is good. I have stayed in Auckland in lots of places but this is the place I always return to now. It is excellent value for money, lots of different types of rooms available, this time it was just my daughter and I and we had a king room, but we have stayed in quite a few different types of room depending on how many of us go to Auckland. Always great and so clean. Parking is easy and I love that the reception is open 24 hours as we are often delayed with our late flight arrivals. Great location too. Would highly recommend.

We only stayed 2 nights this time but I would have liked the room serviced, even if they just came in and switched out our wet towels. In general, I like a room serviced each day. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Love the location. Parnell is a favourite to browse the art galleries. City is a short $9.00 uber away. The parking and the restaurant availability if required are a big plus. Reception staff friendly and efficient, lent me a phone charger overnight easily and without a charge. I had a beautiful dinner at the onsite restaurant on my first night. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Restaurant hours quite limited, so check before you plan to have dinner onsite. Unfortunately this stay I had the porter knock and then come in to the room to drop a blanket off but he had the wrong room, I hadn't requested it. It gave me a fright.

Property was easy to get to. Easy check in on arrival. Staff were helpful throughout our stay. We booked a Premium Studio with Balcony for 3 nights. The property was recommended by a family member who stayed here 18 months ago. The location was great for us to see family and friends in that part of Auckland but we were also able to walk into CBD one day to the Art Gallery (40 mins via Uni and Albert Park) and would have also been easy to get to Domain (which you can see from the hallway of hotel). We had a great view over the docks, CBD and North Shore, Devonport and Rangitoto. There is a lovely little Rose Garden down the road. The room had two large comfy double beds, sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs. There was a good kitchen area which we didn't need to use in the end as great restaurants nearby. The bathroom was clean and shower was excellent. It was very reasonable given the proximity to CBD and bus routes in. Parnell is a lovely area to stay. Lots of beautiful architecture and streets.

The location is great as it's a small walk to Parnell road which is full of eateries and an $18 Uber to the mall in Newmarket or to the city for a shopping day out. We had a two bedroom where two beds were big queens and two were king singles. Perfect arrangement for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and I am fussy about beds! We were a little cold at night but the staff gave us a blanket each and there was a heat pump in the bedroom and in the lounge we could utilize to make it toasty warm. The sheets and towels were of a high standard. We were given fresh milk each day. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with product for us to use. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, freezer and microwave which suited our longer stay.

We were on the ground floor and our sliding doors opened to a grassy carpark...not picturesque but that's not what we were there for also! We would have liked a dish rack to dry dishes and more clean cloths/tea towels.

The location. We are regulars here and the location always makes it our first choice.

I got bitten by a white tail spider while staying which I emailed about with photo. I didn't hear back so emailed again and then heard back. I know it's not their fault this happened. I was mostly concerned about this happening to others which is why I followed up and was told the room had been taken out of service for pest control. I have also noticed the pricing here had increased dramatically over the last few years.

We have stayed here several times now, and now make it our go-to for trips to Auckland. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms' decor and furnishings are regularly updated and in good condition, they are cleaned to a high standard, the beds are really comfortable, and all the everyday things you might need like an ironing board, hairdryer etc are provided. There's even a safe in the room. I appreciate the efforts to reduce waste that the hotel continues to implement without reducing quality eg bathroom and cleaning products. Great location, lots of free onsite parking, and we feel the hotel is value for money for what is provided.

Can't really think of anything. There was no dish rack but I know that if I had asked, they would have provided one, and it wasn't an issue for us!

We were in the last unit in the block - it was reasonably quiet and the view from the bedroom of the city landscape was lovely, particularly at night. Then from the kitchen there were views of surrounding neighbourhood homes and trees which was also pleasant.

My husband and I are elderly and have mobility issues so to climb up into the shower was difficult. We were afraid we might fall getting into and out've shower. This should have been explained to us at reception so we could've advised about our mobility issues and perhaps given an alternative room. Although, staff were very pleasant we werent asked if we might need assistance with our luggage or even offered a bag trolley to assist getting our luggage to our room. Fortunately we found a trolley outside.

Cleanliness and stocked room for our needs. Awesome shower pressure. Nice to see the personal welcome on the telly. Convenience and clean bed. Better than motels we have stayed at in Taranaki for comfort, cleanliness, customer service. Compared to another Auckland accommodation that rated themselves 4star we tried following our stay here. This was the better in relation to facilities etc. For young families security in lockbox and door/windows was good. Felt safe.

Not a major issue. Is hill parking if you are not lucky enough to get park spot on less hilly part of block.
