The room was very fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable. The environment was surprising quiet all night

The duvet was too hot for this time of year and even the extra blanket in the wardrobe was too warm. We suggest you supply a cotton blanket. We arrived after 10pm and had trouble contacting after-hours staff. Twice, we held on for a few minutes and were answered by a very polite assistant. However, on both occasions, the call was cut off. Finally, we rang the number on a personal cell and this time, we were successful in accessing our code and then our entry card

We stay at the Ramada Suites Albany on our visits to Auckland as the facilities are in a convenient location for our needs and the level of comfort and cleanliness are consistently to a high standard. The rooms are well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this accomodation. ❤

We don't have anything negative to say about our stay at the Ramada Suites in Albany.

Large apartment with very comfortable beds. Excellent shower pressure & amenities (face cloths would have been nice). Great to see washer/dryer/dishwasher etc, didn't need these for one night stay but good to know. Free carparking. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet. Warm with heat pump. Plenty of space for family of four, dining room table great for breakfast.

We hoped to watch the rugby on the TV, reception said it was available, the room book had the details for SKY however we could not get onto it & reception was closed. We ended up watching the last quarter in the reception on the way back from dinner.

This was a return visit to Ramada so we knew what to expect and Ramada didn't disappoint. What it says on the tin is what you get. Exceptionally clean throughout (credit to the cleaning staff), everything worked as you'd expect, nice pictures on the walls, full set of cutlery, modern appliances and some bonuses... full instructions on how to work heat pump/air conditioning, the two TVs, SkyTV, phone etc (nice touch Ramada). Useful directory of what is in the area with regards to services and restaurants (various up-market Asian restaurants within strolling distance) and Albany Mall is a short walk away. Albany park and ride is next door so getting to Auckland CBD by bus is easy.

Very close to eating places and Albany bus station. Overall a pleasant stay and would be happy to book again.

You probably should remove promotional/marketing items in the room bearing your establishment name if they are already worn and torn, as it cheapens the place. Also upon arriving the unit looked very neat and tidy. But the floor on the bathroom seemed to be slippery, not sure if it is because of dried up cleaning product.

Our flight was cancelled so we were unable to stay as planned. We contacted the hotel and they advised us they couldn’t refund us, but they could let us stay another time within three months of the original booking, so we rebooked for a few weeks later. This was a good compromise and we felt the staff were accomodating to our unfortunate circumstances. The room was very clean and comfortable, although we were not in the hotel long as spent most of our time visiting family.

The bathroom was adequate but not as modern as other similar priced hotels. The hotel was also on the expensive side considering it wasn’t near the city.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious, quiet and exceptionally clean - plus it was very well equipped kitchen unlike in a lot of apartment hotels. The beds and bedding were very comfy too. There was an efficient air conditioner in the lounge area but the only downside to our stay is that there are no opening windows or air con in the bedrooms which were stiflingly hot. There was a pedestal fan in both bedrooms but it was still impossible to stay cool. Despite that I would stay again and it was handy walking distance to the Westfield Mall with plenty of food options.

Everything was great, we were upgraded to a bigger suite. Room was very clean and tidy. Dishwasher, fridge, washing machine & dryer. I requested a quiet room and they delivered. Great location and friendly helpful staff.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. In the shower we had two body wash bottles. The beds are very soft, this is normally not too much of a problem, however I do prefer a firmer bed due to a shoulder injury.

Very convenient location for the purpose of my visit. Room had everything I needed. The laundry was an added bonus as I could wash my sportsgear.

There was a big rip in the sofa. The kitchen tap was plumbed incorrectly so that when you turned it to Hot it gave you cold water and vice versa. The TV repeatedly randomly turned on - once at 5:30 am, which was unhelpful. The walls were very thin and you could hear the next door room quite easily.

The Ramada suites was ideal for our purposes. It was a functional hotel but did what it needed to do well. The room size was brilliant, washing machine and kitchen ideal and a very comfortable bed. I thought it was good value when compared to many other places we have stayed in on our New Zealand trip

It’s not a place you go for a view, but the shopping centre was close and finding a good choice of food nearby easy.
