Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was out of the world. Just Delish. Bed was comfy. Room service was great though the prices were a bit steep for rmy pocket. Thankfully Breakfast made up for that.

Was hard to find the place. Not knowing that Ibis and Novotel are one and the same did not help. Toilet was right behind the door, which made it a hinderance becuase if your partner accidently came in while you were on the toilet, the door goes bang into your face. Worst bathroom setup I have seen yet. I chose this venue because of the knowledge that there will be a restaurant inhouse. Just kind of disappointed that the prices were high and nothing on the room service menu was cheaper. All mains were priced at the same rate. Breakfast - will be great if there were tags for the hot meals so that we knew what we were eating.

The room was a great size, 2x king size beds, I could not fault the room, so very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with a range of pillows. The staff were amazing, so friendly from my first encounter at reception to bar and restaurant staff to the room attendants, and they looked like they were working as a great team and enjoying themselves, so nice to see. We were stating for 2x nights a family member was having surgery next door at Ascot, such a close location to visit but also come back to a meal in the dinning room/bar or breakfast. Super easy.

The bed was very comfortable, not rock hard and not too soft. Plenty of pillows that were also great. The tv was a decent size. The room itself was big and comfortable. Clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and kind. Even the cleaning staff were lovely. Handy being right next to the hospital.

The restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was terrible both dinner and breakfast. I spoke to a few patrons that also mentioned how terrible it was. Such a letdown as the food was expensive and the hotel itself was beautiful. I did raise this with staff.

Great location and easy to get to. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

We had a booking that included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was abysmal. We went down at approx. 9.15am, breakfast was on until 11am. No one came out to fill up the dishes, there was hardly any bread even, no pastries, no gluten free sweets as listed on menu. The gluten free cereals had been picked over with a lot of crumbs only left. They only filled dishes and coffee machine when asked, then there were queues for the coffee. Hash browns, pancakes, sausages, bread, all ran out, with still an hour to go. Fresh fruit was the same. Such a shame as this place used to be awesome. There was loud music coming from kitchen, it seemed like the chefs were out the back having a party!

Room was lovely and roomy, very clean and the bed was really really comfortable, I loved all the different ambient lighting and the room had a good feel to it. Breakfast was very good, though a bit expensive at $37 each there was a good selection of food, my only complaint is that the plates to put hot food on were cold and the dining area was chilly. The chef was great and he made my poached eggs to order and the staff were attentive and lovely. We were happy to pay for nightly parking of $20.00 and got a parking place near the entrance to the hotel.

I'm being a bit picky here, but the bathroom was a little bit dated with static overhead shower and it could use an update and an extra shelf to put toiletries on. Also only little UHT milk pottles in the fridge, a small bottle would be good. Otherwise the place was great

Excellent service and friendly staff. We were very impressed with how helpful staff were and also how many staff were walking around. There was a hurricane happening while we were visiting and the staff were very reassuring and kind during this time.

We ordered a snack from the bar and it seemed it was 4 pieces of toasted bread and some butter - was quite expensive and could have been described better, as we probably would not have ordered this. We had dinner on the 2nd night and found it to be very 'light' for the price. Breakfast and buffet were amazing, but thought the dinner menu could be improved.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. welcoming and made you feel like kids werent a burden. All our activities were a short drive so very central in that respect. Cleaners done a great job each day. Kids loved the corridors, the room, and atmosphere. Parking available on site.

Parks could be bigger/wider - but appreciated having car parks for so cheap. It'd be nice to be able to walk from accom along streets to see things - but appreciated the private area and understandable we werent in the cbd.

the location was great, room very clean just what you expect from the Novotel. Staff helpful and lovely environment. Would recommend a stay.

Dinner and Breakfast I didnt like. Huge problem with staffing on the first night. Staff were apologetic and did offer us a discount which was lovely but it wasnt a fine dining experience as I have know Novotel to be. We did try a breakfast but it was soo busy, food was cold, not quick enough to replenish the breakfast food. The staff were under the pump but I must say they were still very pleasent.

Breakfast - plenty of choice, staff kept the buffet fully stocked. Dinner - staff very attentive and approachable. Buffet for1 meal - very good. A la carte 1 night - beautiful meal well presented. Room - very quiet and clean. Did not get disturbed from other guest entering & leaving their rooms . Parking - no problem with parking, staff were very helpful.

Maybe room service could have been a bit quicker.

Staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and great pillow selection. Quick 5 minute walk to catch the train which was an added bonus.

The shower head was a bit worse for wear and could do with replacing. Parking was a little tight and although there was plenty of it, you do have to compete with people who are coming to the restaurant for dinner. The dinner buffet was slightly average and didn't have a huge selection if you don't eat pork. The blow fly on the cheese was a put off.
