The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air con was appreciated as it was a hot day. Having a microwave is almost a necessity these days, so I appreciated having one in the room. The bed was large, with crisp sheets that felt great. I have a great sleep.

I enjoyed the food but thought it could be a little lighter. My entree was tasty, but predictable. The fish of the day was Tempura fish, and it was delicious, but predictable, with Fries, and a salad. I felt the food was much like pub food, tasty, but left me wanting something extra after I had finished.

Spacious room with an excellent bathroom. Very clean and great storage.Very quiet despite being near a road. Double glazed. Quiet, efficient air conditioner. Spacious well appointed bathroom. Staff were all excellent. Only let down by some little niggles..- blind broken and didn't pull up oroperly. TV needed resetting to correct HDMI each time it was turned on,.

Would have expected better maintsined room for the price we paid. Blinds that did not have broken strings, better TV that does not need resetting each time you turn it on.

Good stay, was travelling for work and location was handy for me. Office is near Sylvia Park so great location for there, and then easy access to the motorway when driving to meetings. A little bit dated, but comfortable, clean and there were repairs and maintenance going on (did not disrupt the stay) and will happily re-book for future stays and will consider it when travelling with family, especially for events at Mt Smart. Staff were great as well, friendly, helpful and genuine.

The staff were great, the restaurant was delicious, meals were large and great value for money. We got entree’s and they were very generous in size for all of us. Rooms were tidy and beds were comfortable They are doing upgrades to the buildings so there was a bit of noise during the day if you were back at hotel. Although it says there is a laundry to use and it needs coins this isn’t the case but I dropped laundry at the reception and had it back the next morning clean, dry and folded. The staff were very accomodating.

The pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used. A small kids menu would be an option for families travelling.

Great room, was offered upgrade but I wanted to be on the ground floor due to luggage. Room was small but just right for one night for me on my own. Good set up for doing your own breakfast due to the restaurant not opening in the weekend but was also offered a breakfast tray. Parking right outside was a bonus as it was pouring it down with rain. Always like staying here when I am on my own as I feel secure and comfy. Will stay again.

Lovely place, very friendly staff and much nicer room than I was expecting, with an upgrade to a studio with spa bath and complimentary chocolate! Great to use the pool on a hot day. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was cute but small, unheated and right beside a very major road. Felt weird to effectively be standing by the highway in a towel! Would also have been nice if the restaurant was open on Saturday (but not a big deal). Many more pros than cons.

We liked the size and comfort of tbe room. The spa bath was verh welcome after a day of sport. Meals especially breakfast was fine.

The tv was very small. There were no meals served from the restaurant in the weekend. The office charged my partner for staying costs when I had already prepaid 1 week eaier...this should not have happened...4 days later I am still awaiting refund.

Three bedroom apartment is incredibly spacious and has been nicely refurbished since we last stayed. Clean as. We had an issue with hot water but the response by staff to resolve and communicate was excellent. Location is great as it is very central. Very friendly staff.

Very comfortable and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious well equipped unit. Let down by minor maintenance .. only small items, but not what you expect from the price we paid and compared to other similar type of properties. Blind strings were broken and did not pull up properly, drawer unit had drawers that would not open, TV needed resetting to correct HDMI each time you turned it on.

Rooms were all clean and tidy. Kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent Parking was good Facility easy to find and close to speedway venue (as we were racing there)
