Great location and easy to get to. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

We had a booking that included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was abysmal. We went down at approx. 9.15am, breakfast was on until 11am. No one came out to fill up the dishes, there was hardly any bread even, no pastries, no gluten free sweets as listed on menu. The gluten free cereals had been picked over with a lot of crumbs only left. They only filled dishes and coffee machine when asked, then there were queues for the coffee. Hash browns, pancakes, sausages, bread, all ran out, with still an hour to go. Fresh fruit was the same. Such a shame as this place used to be awesome. There was loud music coming from kitchen, it seemed like the chefs were out the back having a party!

Room was lovely and roomy, very clean and the bed was really really comfortable, I loved all the different ambient lighting and the room had a good feel to it. Breakfast was very good, though a bit expensive at $37 each there was a good selection of food, my only complaint is that the plates to put hot food on were cold and the dining area was chilly. The chef was great and he made my poached eggs to order and the staff were attentive and lovely. We were happy to pay for nightly parking of $20.00 and got a parking place near the entrance to the hotel.

I'm being a bit picky here, but the bathroom was a little bit dated with static overhead shower and it could use an update and an extra shelf to put toiletries on. Also only little UHT milk pottles in the fridge, a small bottle would be good. Otherwise the place was great

Excellent service and friendly staff. We were very impressed with how helpful staff were and also how many staff were walking around. There was a hurricane happening while we were visiting and the staff were very reassuring and kind during this time.

We ordered a snack from the bar and it seemed it was 4 pieces of toasted bread and some butter - was quite expensive and could have been described better, as we probably would not have ordered this. We had dinner on the 2nd night and found it to be very 'light' for the price. Breakfast and buffet were amazing, but thought the dinner menu could be improved.

the location was great, room very clean just what you expect from the Novotel. Staff helpful and lovely environment. Would recommend a stay.

Dinner and Breakfast I didnt like. Huge problem with staffing on the first night. Staff were apologetic and did offer us a discount which was lovely but it wasnt a fine dining experience as I have know Novotel to be. We did try a breakfast but it was soo busy, food was cold, not quick enough to replenish the breakfast food. The staff were under the pump but I must say they were still very pleasent.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. welcoming and made you feel like kids werent a burden. All our activities were a short drive so very central in that respect. Cleaners done a great job each day. Kids loved the corridors, the room, and atmosphere. Parking available on site.

Parks could be bigger/wider - but appreciated having car parks for so cheap. It'd be nice to be able to walk from accom along streets to see things - but appreciated the private area and understandable we werent in the cbd.

Breakfast - plenty of choice, staff kept the buffet fully stocked. Dinner - staff very attentive and approachable. Buffet for1 meal - very good. A la carte 1 night - beautiful meal well presented. Room - very quiet and clean. Did not get disturbed from other guest entering & leaving their rooms . Parking - no problem with parking, staff were very helpful.

Maybe room service could have been a bit quicker.

Staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and great pillow selection. Quick 5 minute walk to catch the train which was an added bonus.

The shower head was a bit worse for wear and could do with replacing. Parking was a little tight and although there was plenty of it, you do have to compete with people who are coming to the restaurant for dinner. The dinner buffet was slightly average and didn't have a huge selection if you don't eat pork. The blow fly on the cheese was a put off.

Novotel staff were soo welcoming, it was an easy process for check in and check out. The breakfast was delightful , and the hotel was very family friendly and welcoming. The cleaning & service staff were fantastic, special mention and thanks to them.

The only downfall of the property was the carpet in the room was very very highly allergenic. It needs to be changed up. The parking wasn’t too much of an issue overall and for most of our stay it was fine.

The beds were amazing, reception staff were always above helpful and friendly. It was the kids first hotel experience and they really enjoyed it. We have already pre-booked our next stay for December.

Although we had paid for parking for the 3 nights we were there, a couple of the nights we found it very difficult to find parking as the secure parking was full - definitely recommend only allowing people to prepay for parking so long as there are parks available behind the security fence (don't have more parks paid for than available)

still waiting on my $200 bond, they have took out parking money. staff were all friendly except one staff member, doing my washing, I needed 2tokens for dryer , he said he only had 1, I told I needed 2to dry my clothes, he said he needed to walk all the way to the dryer to get more , I said it’s ok, seemed really arrogant, another staff came down and gave our tokens , parking not always available, especially when fictions are on
