Location is ideal for what we want. This stay there were six of us and we had three rooms. The large beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable, but the small ones in the lounge area are very soft and not so good. The rooms are very clean and the facilities are good. We've stayed here many times. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms is great.

Parking is always tight with limited spaces and turning room

The room was excellent for the mid-range motel it is, with every facility we required. Bed was particularly comfy, which is the main thing you need and there was plenty of cooking facilities for hubby to use while I was in the neighbouring hospital. Great shower, with attention paid including plenty of hair and body wash products which is always a nice touch. A sofa was in the unit, which was good, but one comfy chair would have been great for patients like me who must stay an extra night or two.

Pictures of accommodation were spot on; great location - BP station a few blocks away and Ascot Hospital right across the road - Countdown Supermarket, Mcds and KFC also within 10-15 walking distance; room is clean and warm and recently renovated; owners keep the rooms and area clean regularly; heated bathroom floor is a bonus; great water pressure; felt safe when I stayed by myself. Definitely enjoyed staying here before and after my surgery and recovery.

This wasn't an issue for me BUT if you are a person that doesn't like noise then I would recommend you book an upstairs room. I booked a downstairs room for my 3 week stay and you can hear people walking or moving furniture upstairs. Like I said, this wasn't a problem for me but if you prefer no noise, book upstairs.

Prior reviews warned us about making any hasty decisions before we viewed the rooms. But we booked it any way for 2 rooms. Thank Goodness we read the reviews because when we drove in off the street, I thought Uh Oh !! Looked very run down BUT when we got into the rooms WOW! Very recently renovated and both rooms were immaculately clean and very modern with all facilities.

The parking arrangements were average and can be very tight to manoeuvre. Getting out of the drive onto the road can be very difficult BUT “Tip Here” pull up to the road and then get out and press the adjacent pedestrian crossing button and wait until all traffic stops and then drive leisurely onto the road. Your Welcome.

We walked into a lovely clean fresh attractive room. The decor was tasteful and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was so modern tiled from ceiling to floor. The unit was so clean it was very impressive. Though this was an older motel you can tell they are investing time and money to improve the exterior with the work going on. We really enjoyed staying here and would definetly stay here again. The staff we did meet were friendly and accommodating.

Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet and semi-secure. Not having to share location/space with emergency housing is a plus! Very clean. Has kitchenette facilities so can grab food to cook from Countdown not far from facility to cook breakie or dinner.

Apart from location - difficult to get into when traffic is heavy, however coming out of hotel the lights are there so it makes it easier to navigate out, just getting into is a wee challenging if you have to go up to the busy off-ramp roundabout to come back around and turn left into.

We loved absolutely everything! The rooms were fresh, incredibly immaculate, exquisitely styled, and so comfortable! But most of all, as soon as we walked in, the rooms just felt CLEAN. It was WONDERFUL! Underfloor heating, freshly laundered towels, a full hot drink selection - our minds were just blown. Nothing to fault at all. Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay, we will DEFINITELY be back!

Location for race track outstanding 5 mins walk. Uber to cbd 20 bucks. Very clean good parking no extra cost. 10 buck uber yo nearest bars and 5 mins drive to super market. Railway station 5 mins walk. Very clean great staff asked if we needed anything daily.

Tv stations limited bit no issues

Great stay - staff were lovely and check-in was easy. The rooms were tidy and recently renovated. Warm, clean, with everything you needed. Minor sound from the highway nearby, but nothing too major if the windows were closed. Would highly recommend!

Only a 2 minute & you’re on the highway. Great location, nice & central & I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the motel. The bathroom was modern & had heated flooring which was amazing after being at a festival all day & night. Beds were cosy & overall great night sleep was had by all. Highly recommend this motel, you will not be disappointed. The outside of the motel does not reflect the inside at all, so don’t be put off when you pull up. It is a great little spot.
