Greenlane Manor was a port in a storm at a complex time in my world. This super clean, welcoming motel was just right for catching the breath, floating in a spa and being easy to locate to. Atrention to detail was very obvious and nothing too much trouble for the very caring, efficient and supportive staff. Thank you all for the home away from home.

A little road noise although mildly noticeable did not deter me.

Super Clean and modern. Nearby to the clinic we were visiting Cafes and eateries across the road. Gated car park, comfortable room with no loud music,hardly noticed anyone else at the motel, even though there was no vacancies left. Very happy with room and location thanks. Ironing board, hair dryer, sensor light in the bathroom was great.. Though I enjoyed the spa bath, I felt the water temp could have been hotter I like hot baths, not warm ones...

Our bed.. Though it was a king size bed with extra pillows and very warm, our bed was hard as a brick and the outside courtesy light near our back door was too bright .. My husband slept like a log 😊

Close to venue. Quiet and easy to find... especially when we put in the correct address. Lovely receptionist! Loved our stay

Nothing but the wrong address that we were sent to from the map linked to the email. Loved the phone calls from reception. Thank you so much for that lovely lady.

The property was in a good location- central Auckland - so it was easy access to motorways and main roads. It had good facilities eg kitchenette with hobs, microwave, toaster etc to prepare your own food. Also having a secure gate at night made the place feel safe.

All the pillows had a feather/down inner so they deflated and became flat when used. The mattress was uncomfortable with some sag.

The facilities were spotlessly clean and attention paid to small details- makeup remover wipes, large mugs for tea/coffee and comfortable bed. This place is operated by people who care.

There was some traffic noise - I dont think the windows are double glazed.

Great location and comfortable. For a couple getaway it had everything we needed and we found it spacious. Plenty of parking. A bonus was our room was serviced while we were at the concert without having to ask 😁 We felt welcomed when we arrived. The spa bath was a bonus and it’s something I search for our couple getaway.

To be honest there wasn’t anything I can comment on that we didn’t like

Location is excellent. We were up for a family event in West Auckland .. and actually, whilst a little way away .. it is easy enough to get there (avoiding the motorways !) .. and going via Hillsborough .. We also had an early getaway by plane on the Sunday .. so this made the positioning perfect - 15-20 mins to the airport ..

We like a firm bed and hadn't advised the Motel. Our prior memories of the place were firm beds .. but in fact, once we remembered, our previous visit had been quite a few years ago. The bed was OK .. but not to our taste. Its on Great South Road .. and so it is not super quiet. But we were also in one of the units closer to the road. We remember always asking for a back unit in our previous visits - which does make a difference.

The room was very tidy and the room have a spa bath which was a lovely feature. Room came with free wifi which we had no issues with and had many sky channels available to watch. This is on a busy main road and yet heard hardly any traffic noise at all. Staff were very friendly and very helpfull

The extractor fan from the next door room could clearly be heard in our room and was abit annoying but wasn't a huge issue.

Location, clean, spacious, kitchen, spa bath, comfy beds, quiet.

We had trouble with Cellphone coverage in terms of downloading apps etc, only 1-2 bars and couldn't easily connect to free wifi, this didn't matter too much as we didn't spend a lot of time there.

Host was friendly. Room was nice and warm on arrival. Unit was well set out and clean. Spa bath was wonderful. Although right on a busy road it was really quiet inside the unit.

I had to go home 😕
