Super friendly and helpful staff, big comfy bed and good location in driving distance to a lot of Auckland's tourist destinations :) and the main doors being open 24/7 means you can come back whatever time you want! Cleaned daily and super tidy.

A little tight to get into for parking, Wi-Fi was spotty at times. The smaller room (cheaper) was definitely small with a shared bathroom. Recommend paying more for the bigger room which we upgraded to which has private ensuite :)

Clean and comfortable room. Facilities were ample. Owner was always present and very friendly and helpful. Property is situated in a very convenient location near the city centre and within walking distance of a bank, cafes, and restaurants.

On site parking was insufficient. Difficult to enter and exit the car park due to limited space and proximity of the car park entrance to a roundabout.

The ma.ager was so lovely and accommodating, the room was nice and clean and the king-sized bed was so comfortable. Very close to Mt Smart or Go One stadium. Asian restaurant on site.

The parking was very tight. We were lucky to have one, but it meant reversing out onto the main road. In saying that the manager ensured there was a car park for us for the night.

Customer service was AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. From reserving a spot for my car whenever I popped out (because it’s a big car) to giving us an early check in due to unforeseen circumstances. Will definitely stay again. Thank you again for making our stay so great!!

No frills motel in Auckland. Not central but not at the edge of the city either. Good enough for 1 night

Sandy, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. The cheaper room was perfect for what I needed, as were the shared kitchen and bathroom that came with that deal. Clean, tidy and well-equipped. The location was perfect. Very close to great coffee, food and drink.

Room was very clean, and so were facilities of shared bathroom and kitchen. Sparkling white linen, good bed.

Our room had a bit of smell, which the manager said was due to just having cleaned the carpet of some tomato sauce. But then we read a review online complaining of a smell in that same room... Shared bathroom floods when someone takes a shower. The parking lot is tiny - be prepared for 20 manoeuvres to get yourself out.

Friendly staff. Convenient location for where I wanted to go. Chinese restaurant on site. I am a return guest and will stay there again.

Amazing stay here for the last 3 nights. The lady I spoke to was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. Even when flights changed and I had to arrive early and stay later they were very accommodating. I will definitely come back here.

some one using rubbish bin whole night, couldn’t sleep probably, every after one hour someone come and drop the lid of rubbish bin , that sound didn’t let us sleep probably
