I’ve stayed here multiple times and continue to return because of the consistent quality and value. The room is spacious and the large bed is a definite plus, although I personally find the mattress a bit too firm and straight for my taste. That said, the comfort and convenience more than make up for it. The hosts are always incredibly accommodating, and the cleaners are just as friendly and helpful—something I really appreciate. The location is ideal for me: close to the city hospital, with a peaceful park right across the road that offers a lovely spot to relax. There’s also a garage nearby and fast food options within walking distance, which adds to the overall convenience. For the price and location, I couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommended for anyone needing easy access to the hospital or just looking for a comfortable, well-located stay.

While the mattress is a bit firmer than I personally prefer, it’s only a minor detail in an otherwise excellent stay.

Staff very welcoming, helpful, happy to see you, checked in around 7pm on a weekday. Breakfast was very good simple food done well, delivered to your door and real butter not packets. Plunger coffee in the room was better than expected. Two very happy chef's! Clean. Nice towels. Nice bedding. Shower was a good size, nice body wash provided. Quieter than expected being the top end room near the main road but the beautiful fountain as our view was a very romantic back drop. Good blackout curtains, blinds, heat pump, heater in the bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, table to eat at, it was perfect.

Only one side of the bed had a table.

I’ve been staying at this property on and off for over a decade. Its location in central Auckland, easy connection to the motorway in Greenlane, the airport, and other destinations like the Hospitals, Spark Arena and Eden Park is perfect for me. The property itself is still well-maintained and very comfortable, with close proximity to restaurants, fast food, gas stations, supermarkets etc. Newmarket and Parnell are a short drive or bus ride away, as is Mt Eden and the CBD for that matter!

Nothing to dislike.

My primary reason for staying at this property was that it was close to Eden Park where I was attending Women's World Cup for Soccer. It was not only convenient (walking distance), but my friends who live in the area said it was a great location, very safe and easy to get to. I arrived early and the host allowed me to store my bags and shared how I could get WiFi access since I needed to purchase an additional game ticket. Once I checked in, I was impressed with the amenities in the room (full kitchenette, extra bed and massage chair! The host knew that I was trying to figure out transportation and gave me all the options to get to the game (although I chose to walk - it was about a 45 minute walk). She also gave me a map and pointed out recommended places to eat and grocery shop. It was a great choice and I would recommend it.

It was winter. There was a heater in the bedroom, but it would have been nice to have heat in the kitchen, living room area. Other than that, everything was great.

We just went on our honeymoon and stayed at five places. This was our favorite. The bed was great. We had a little sitting room and table. The bathtub was to die for. Huge, fitting a couple. They also had a shower for you. They had little amenities like cookies with your tea and coffee, in room. The bathroom had a towel warmer. Tv was good and visible. People were so kind. It was also in an easy location to see Auckland and grab some food nearby.

Lovely welcome, excellent shower and bed. Breakfast fab and delivered to your door. Very spacious room. Really clean. Excellent air conditioning. Opposite the entrance to Cornwall Park for a fab walk around Campbell monument. Nice cafe too. Easy parking. Help yourself to washing and drying clothes facility.

This motel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast room service was very good, and each room was serviced daily and clean. I loved that the room had its own heatpump, which made the unit very comfortable. The WiFi was excellent, including streaming Netflix (the TV came with Netflix and Freeview channels).

I had the room in the middle of the upstairs units but could still hear a little of the busy road noise, even with the windows shut. However, it didn't impact my stay or sleep at all.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, was so grateful ❤️ The room was pleasant, lovely kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and loved the spa bath.

We were in the end room closest to the road that wasn't too much of a problem , traffic is a thing in Auckland. The gathering of people outside our room the next day chatting and smoking was less desirable. They were a group of men in a van that had the engine running for sometime before they decided to leave, some people are so inconsiderate, when others are having a lay in, and a late check out. The lights above the bed could do with a dusting , and the bathroom needs some repairs around the bath either silicone or new grouting but everything else was great about the room , and the rest was clean.

The hosts are very friendly and always allow for my late arrival due to travelling on public transport.

It is hard to see the TV from the angle of the bed, and the spa bath is relatively narrow for me. Minor issues as I always enjoy my stay as the hosts will go out of their way to accommodate you.

I was there for four nights. It suited my needs as I was not looking for a facility with swimming pools. Loved the jacuzzi and the space available. People running the place were very helpful

More sockets would have helped. Indeed some separate USB outlets would have been helpful. However minor criticisms
