Location was good, easy to find and parking good. Staff were lovely. Rooms are basic and not immaculate, BUT they were clean bar some chips under the couch, had everything we needed and for the price really happy with it.

Sounded like someone had a puppy underneath us which cried all night and the arguments from a man who also sounded like they were below us, woke us up at stupid o'clock. BUT can't say 100% they are from the property. But it did sound very close.

It's a good affordable stay just off the Auckland downtown. Good for travelling or exploring places around Auckland. The beds are comfortable

The room sliding door to the bathroom/toilet can not hold up firmly, keep sliding off (open up). We had to use the rubbish bin to block it.

Friendly staff

There’s no dining table. I asked for one and I got told they couldn’t find a table .. Some rooms have a table but this one doesn’t .. and I’m a long stay guest.. Also Would be good to have a broom in the room for guests to use.

Very good sized room. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Bathroom small but looks to have been recently renovated, neat and tidy. The outside does not look promising but the inside was fine.

Could have done with a towel rail. Water pressure in the shower a bit low.

the beds were very comfortable. the room was very tidy and staff were very friendly. for being so close to a busy road you couldn't hear it from the room. I thought it was good location as well nice cafes with in walking distance.

Absolutely love the staff they were incredibly accommodating, the place was clean, cosy and close to everything we needed

No complaints, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the rooms the cleanliness and the space it exceeded our expectations we loved our stay and will definetly be back thank you.

That it didn't have a pool. But otherwise perfect 10/10

Rooms were spacious and good range of in room essentials IE microwave etc.

Wasnt sure where to get clean linen and toilet paper and coffee / tea replenishments.

Great venue, close to where we needed to be.

There was no sink plug so doing dishes was not really possible.

Best location near the city that makes it easy to travel, free Personal parking and nice clean rooms.
