The place was clean, tidy and quiet. Bed and shower pressure was good. I love the location - round 15mins to Sylvia Park, Mt Wellington and Royal Oak. There are plenty of takeaway places in the immediate vicinity as well as a restaurant next door. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have stayed in this motel and I found it similar to previous stays.

Unfortunately I found a used condom slightly under my bed - so the cleaning out of the unit could have been better. I had an upstairs room, which made unloading and loading the car a little time-consuming - other than that I wasn't aware that I had neighbours.

The availability of a number of takeaways and restaurants within a 5 minute drive - along with a large shopping centre nearby. Also the Auckland showground was only 5 minutes away also . . .

The on site parking could have been a little better organised. I had a large vehicle which normally fits into most car parking - however one of the guests had parked their vehicle so that wasn't in the parking area which meant that there was no room to maneuver past it. I had to wait until the adjacent restaurant closed or another guest who had a smaller vehicle in a more assessable park to move before I could park my vehicle close to my room. I also had a 2nd floor room which was a bit of a pain to get in and out of.

The staff was very friendly, got to Auckland an hour earlier than expected, but the staff let us check in early. The beds were VERY comfortable, I came up to Auckland for a concert with a friend and they were very nice to sleep on after a big night out. Facilities were very clean with all necessities provided, free overnight parking which saved us a lot of hassle.

I liked the location - was approx 6 minutes from the supermarket & have shopping close by. The room was clean, warm & beds were comfortable. The bathroom was an excellent size & shower stall plenty large enough. We were attending a cat show & finding a hotel prepared to allow our cats to stay for a reasonable cost was excellent

The parking was a little tight especially since another guest parked across the bays which made getting our SUV into the adjacent space extremely tricky

Great location, dog friendly. Very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff at reception. Was able to book at almost no notice. Parking available. Very kindly allowed a 1 hour later vacating time when asked.

Nothing at all caused enough dislike or frustration to mention. The property is a little dated but fit for purpose and price.

Lovely clean Motel. Had all we needed. Reception was great. Although we were told we could get 10% at restaurant, they never acknowledged that. Said didn't know what we were talking about. Would definitely stay again.

Parking

Great location , nice and clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Best of all, dog friendly. My small dog accompanied my sister and I and it was perfect for us

Quick response, booked, check in was quick and we were in the room in no time. And they accept dogs foe only $20 extra. Blessing.

One small pieve, when someone is having a shower there are noises coming from the wall, also, we were 3 people and there were only 2 cups, 2 spoons. No biggy

good location for needs. comfortable bed. off-road parking. Staff were exceptionally helpful as I experienced a glitch with my phone ( it would not accept calls or txts) and they got this problem sorted for me.

The staff were really wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, luxurious, clean and had sky., Free parking was available. The location was great - super convenient, and it made a big difference to our experience of auckland.

Getting into really tiny nitpicky things, it was hard to balance the hot water in the shower and there was relatively low pressure, but that is the case for most motels, and probably especially so in auckland.
