The location is fantastic for shops, restaurants, bars and the trains. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only issue was that we arrived back at the hotel at about 23:00, and neither of our keys worked. When we called the after-hours line, we were on hold for ages and left standing in the corridor waiting for someone to let us in. The people who helped were amazing; it just took a while and really shouldn't have happened at all.

my parking space was taking up by another..Raised my concerns as I paid $30 and got limited time in the park.Had to park opposite and ran the risk of a parking ticket.

Everything is amazing.

There is only one AC and it’s in the living room. There’s no AC in the bedrooms so it’s a bit hot, especially in summer.

This is my preferred hotel option when we come to Auckland, it is a great location easy to get on and off the motorway, handy to the shops and mall, great restaurants handy and its value for money. It’s super clean, beautiful comfy beds and pillows and secure and undercover parking ($30 a night).

If I have to be picky then I’d say when I stayed 2 nights I had expected my room to be remade but it wasn’t then I saw that there was a card behind the door asking the room to be remade. Be good to know from reception at checkout that you need to display the card for your room to be remade. Maybe a few more punnets of milk in fridge too or option to purchase a few more. Thanks

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The place was very clean and comfortable, with modern facilities. The mattress was super comfy, and the kitchen, washing machine, and dryer were extremely convenient. The heating was more than sufficient and kept the room nice and warm. It’s just a short walking distance to the Newmarket mall, which is incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time.

We stayed next to the highway, and it was quite noisy at night, but it didn’t affect our overall experience during the stay.

Very clean like brand new, the staff were very helpful and friendly, location is super close to Newmarket Westfield (4min walk). Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in showers are excellent. There is plenty of room for the family in 3 bedroom apartments.

Tiny milk cups provided for milk taste gross and aren't practical for a family. A small milk carton would have been better and taste far superior. Also a small expresso machine in rooms would be better than the standard cheap sachet coffee and plunger coffee, this is what I'd expect in a cheap hotel not a higher class one. A bottle of water in the fridge would be a nice touch to as the rooms are very hot.

Location was really good, with a shopping centre and nice cafes in the neighborhood. The rooms are modern and very clean. Even though we had a motorway-facing room and were warned it might be loud, in fact we didn't hear any noise at all and had a very good night sleep!

Not so much something we didn't like, but if you have bigger luggage, you might want to consider booking a different room than a 'compact' one as we struggled a bit with storing the suitcases. We were well aware it might be an issue and decided to book the room anyway as it was for a very short stay only (and we didn't mind it) but you need to be aware of it in case you're planning to stay longer.
