Great location. Modern spacious apartment. Carpark included. Friendly staff. 5 minute walk to large shopping complex.

Very hard beds. Not enough seating in lounge (3 seats but 4 adult guests). Bosch washing machine / dryer complicated to use. Unable to stop mid-cycle and didn’t dry clothes after several attempts. Stove top also difficult to use and didn’t come with instructions. Housekeeping additional daily fee however we were not informed until 3 days later when we kept leaving tag on door for it to be done and called reception to ask why it hadn’t. They said it was a recent change. Otherwise a great place to stay and staff very helpful and accommodating.

Our family of four (two adults and two kids) had a great two nights stay at The Edgerley Suites. The apartment was clean, modern and had all the facilities we needed. All the appliances were great quality, was handy having a washing machine and dryer. The complex was quiet and only a five minute walk to the Newmarket Westfield shopping mall. As we had a car park, (great bonus!), we were able to leave the car in a secure place and catch the train into the city.

The beds are quite hard, we requested matteress toppers for both beds which were provided but they still felt quite hard.

Location is nearby a mall, thus easily accessible for food. Reception, Carol was superb as she helped arranged for us to extend our stay as we had a night flight to catch. extending the stay from 11am till 5pm for a fee, really helped us as we managed to get the kids cleaned up before our long flight. She went above and beyond to get us the extra hours and we really appreciate the effort. Carol also kept following up to ensure we would be able to check in, either on time or if late, she gave instructions on how to check in. self check in was a breeze. Parking was also convenient as it was in the same building. Place was comfy and convenient.

there was some stains on the carpet. wished that could have been cleaned up. Other than that no complains.

The location is awesome, while it isn't in the Auckland CBD it is in Newmarket, literally a 5 min walk from the Newmarket mall, and public transport at your doorstep so if you want to head into the CBD it's not hard at all. It also included a carpark which was great as we had driven up from Wellington.

There were no issues with the place, the only downside (which isn't something they can control) is the layout of the bathroom, as the shower door hits the toilet bowl so you need to be careful when opening the door as it doesn't open all the way. But the shower itself was great!

Service staff are very friendly. The room is clean and neat; however as I stated in my additional comments, the heating is quite disappointing. Location is very good; walking distance to many restaurants and malls.

No clear instructions on how to heat the room. Also after finding the heaters, we realized that there are only two of them, out of which only one is effective and the other is weak in heating. Living area doesn't have a heater, so we had to move it around based on where were. In the night we had to move around the bigger heater from one room to the other to be comfortable. No front office reception at all; everything is self- check-in, check-out or any help. Not a soul available in the front office (non-existent). All communication is impersonal, via Booking.com app. No human touch at all. However, it was functional overall, so not many complaints.

Suite was perfect for us. Close to Newmarket, CBD, Sylvia Park and Dressmart! Awesome central location.

Room was great. Amenities were great. Parking was great. Carpets were stained though which was a shame. Also a pity our balcony overlooked an empty discarded lot. Your landscaping was lovely.

This is the only place we stay well in auckland. So clean and tidy, Beds are so comfortable, Sound proof walls, smart tv and don't get me started on the shower pressure 🥴😍 I have a really bad back but the beds and a hot shower works wonders for it. Smells amazing and the staff and owner are all so lovely would never stay anywhere else 🥰 might I add we are big spa people we always try stay were there is a big spa pool but we don't even care here it's just perfect. Also Westfield around the corner with a greek eatery (I'm greek) and H&M one of my fav shops 👌🙌🙌 would definitely recommend these Apartments 10/10

Only that in the standard suites the fridge freezer door is facing the wrong way so you either have to squeeze past the door to get into it or just open it an lean over the door to get what you need. Other then that little minor thing absolutely nothing 🥰

Great location for public transport. Quiet at night and well appointed for a young family. Loved the washer and dryer in the apartment.

Carpet was dirty, as was the shower. However, the kitchen was very clean.

Apartment was exactly what we expected as the photos, great location, parking available and comfortable space for families!

Apparently, the change in date request, whilst acknowledged in emails and messages didn't get passed on to security staff and keys weren't left for us. It was a little after midnight driving in from WLG and with no means to get in, we were left to find alternatives. However, the manager responded to texts and calls from security and in 45 min or so made arrangements to personally come on site at that time of the night and organized us!

Main bedroom, bed is very firm, I loved it for my back injury king singles are a medium firmness, teens loved them. Amazing sun on the deck. TV, in ceiling aircon didn't look if there was a fan for bedroom) Comfortable furniture Friendly staff Definitely return

Not much Fridge makes a lot of vibration noises, which can be annoying. And advice (nothing to do with apartments) Being on a side road off a main road can be hard to turn into from gps directions. You are best to go up a block turn left and turn back around so you turn left into the road instead.
